1. Operations Trainer – Shopee Express (Jabodetabek)
Job Description :
- Develop Training Need Analysis (TNA)
- Conduct On-boarding training
- Conduct regular refreshment operation training
- Monitor the implementation and effectivity of the training program
- Responsible for the training administration and report
Requirements :
- At least a Bachelor degree from any major
- Have at least 3 – 4 years experience in handling end to end training process (experiences in Learning & Development at Express / Courier company)
- Understand and having experiences on implementing and managing 3PL in all level
- Ability to communicate and high willingness to collaborate
- Excellent problem analysis and problem solving is required
2. Operations Training Implementation Lead – Shopee Express
Job Description :
- Develop Learning Need Analysis (LNA) based on company needs
- Create Learning & People Development Program
- Monitor Operations Trainer in each province
- Ensure that the learning program runs well and gets the results that are in line with expectations
- Responsible for the training administration and report
Requirements :
- At least a Bachelor degree from any major
- Have at least 5 years experience in handling end to end (training process Learning & Development at Express / Courier company)
- Understand and having experiences on implementing and managing 3PL in all level
- Ability to communicate and high willingness to collaborate
- Excellent problem analysis and problem solving is required
- Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta
- Willing to travel
3. Fleet HSE Inspector Shopee Express (Lampung)
Job Description :
- Responsible for Fleet Safety Management & Driver Behavior Monitoring
- Daily Fleet Inspection
- Perform road accident investigation & reporting
- Incharge for defensive driving training & safety riding for SPX and rider
- Conduct Daily Safety Briefing for All Drivers
- Monitoring driver qualification and selection process
- Safety Journey Management (Route Assessment)
- Contract based position
Requirements :
- Minimum D-III (HSE or Transport Management)
- 1 Year Experience as HSE in Logistics Company (Preferably Trucking Company)
- Have a DDT certificate and train of trainers and SIM B
- Have a license as a safety officer/inspector
- Expert with Ms. Office/G-suite (especially excell/sheet formula & slide presentation)
- Familiar with Traffic Accident Report
