1. Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

  • The first point of contact in addressing queries promptly and effectively.
  • Managing our onsite feedback form.
  • Listen to feedback, process the information, and deliberate a best-response in line with the team’s business objectives.
  • Assist the rest of the local operations team in fulfillment, business process optimization, due diligence, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience with customer service/support services is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and spoken.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Empathetic, yet business-oriented, and able to think and respond on your feet at the same time.

2. Social Media & Content Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Content creation: Assist with social media posting, blog, and in-house video shoots for events;
  • Community management: Manage and oversee various social media accounts and monitor relevant online conversations and respond appropriately;
  • Influencer management: Regularly engage new influencer relevant for marketing campaigns, manage retainer accounts with existing influencer base;
  • Keep up to date with any social media trends.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented;
  • Collaborative and trustworthy;
  • Ability to operate Ms Office (Excel & Word) is a must;
  • Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written;
  • At least 4th year at an accredited university with a concentration in Business, Economics, Finance, MarComm or equivalent;

3. Marketing (Campaign) Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, implement, and execute end-to-end campaigns to drive growth;
  • Collaborate with multiple channel owners to develop and execute effective strategies for customer acquisition and user engagement;
  • Optimise, monitor and manage various user platforms and create effective campaigns to drive platform engagement;
  • Initiate and carry out tests on new product features and implement effective strategies and campaigns to drive usage, engagement and click performance;
  • Maintain day-to-day tasks of site optimisation, data reporting, weekly calendar planning and allocation of marketing assets.

Requirements:

  • A self-starter, independent, motivated and results-oriented individual;
  • Meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Positive work attitude with good communication skills;
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is preferred;
  • Experience of working in a lean and agile environment is a plus;
  • Not afraid with uncharted territory, always open to exploring something new;
  • Able to commit for 3 months full time internship is preferred.

 

4. Partnerships Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Help team to prepare and run partnerships programs and ensure all process aligned with the plan.
  • Collect, analyze data and provide ongoing reports.
  • Create seasonal projects due to division’s needs.
  • Identify and plan new partnership opportunities (main field: offline/on-ground events partnership, online sellers), including prepare proposal, presentations and materials as needed .

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented.
