Responsibilities:
- The first point of contact in addressing queries promptly and effectively.
- Managing our onsite feedback form.

- Assist the rest of the local operations team in fulfillment, business process optimization, due diligence, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
- Prior experience with customer service/support services is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Content creation: Assist with social media posting, blog, and in-house video shoots for events;

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Help team to prepare and run partnerships programs and ensure all process aligned with the plan.
- Collect, analyze data and provide ongoing reports.
- Create seasonal projects due to division’s needs.
- Identify and plan new partnership opportunities (main field: offline/on-ground events partnership, online sellers), including prepare proposal, presentations and materials as needed .
