1. KEPALA DEPARTEMEN HRGA

Qualifications :

  • Maximum age 40 years old
  • Minimum bachelor degree
  • Minimum 7 years experience in the same field
  • Have experiences and good knowledge in organization development, recruitment, assessment, training, talent management, career management, performance management system, remuneration, and HRIS
  • Hard worker and able to work in a team
  • Active in English

2. SUPERVISOR INDUSTRIAL RELATION

Job Descriptions :

  • Responsible in all industrial relation aspects within the company
  • Establish communication and coordination for relationships with internal & external parties (Disnaker, APPI, etc.)
  • Reviewing Company Regulations, Employment Contracts, terms and conditions of work in accordance with updated business conditions (e.g. the concept of a true partner)
  • Supervise problem solving, analyze information and evaluate results to select the best solution and solve employment problems in accordance with applicable Company Regulations and Labour Regulations in coordination with relevant departments
  • Evaluate information to determine labor compliance with standards using relevant information and individual assessments to determine whether the events and processes are in accordance with the Labour Regulations
  • Supervise conflict resolution and negotiations with other parties, handling complaints, resolving problem employees, and resolving complaints and conflicts in accordance with the provisions of the Labour Regulations (bipartite, tripartite, PHI, etc.)
  • Build and maintain harmonious industrial relations with activities that increase loyalty to the company and maintain it from time to time
  • As a mediator and facilitator between employee and management

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Law

3. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE HRGA

  • Active in english (speaking and writing)
  • Be able to negotiate, influence, and convince
  • Be able to think critically and solve problems
  • Have a good in communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability in handling projects with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willing to travel all around business unit

4. SALES MANDARIN

Qualifications :

  • Maximum age 35 years old
  • Minimum education bachelor degree from reputable university (from Mandarin Major is preferable)
  • Having Mandarin language skills is a must (oral and written)
  • Have experience as a sales
  • Ready to work according to the target
  • Be able to work both individually and in a team
  • Discipline, honest, thorough and responsible
  • Have good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Having interpersonal skills
  • Good Attitude

5. SUPERVISOR/STAF SALES

Qualifications :

  • Maximum age 35 years old
  • Minimum education bachelor degree from reputable university
  • Ready to work according to the target
  • Be able to work both individually and in a team
  • Discipline, honest, thorough and responsible
  • Have good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Having interpersonal skills
  • Having Mandarin language skills is preferred

6. MARKETING STAFF

Qualifications :

  • Maximum age 35 years old
  • Minimum education bachelor degree from reputable university
  • Ready to work according to the target
  • Familiar at Medan Area
  • Be able to work both individually and in a team
  • Discipline, honest, thorough and responsible
  • Have good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

7. DIGITAL MARKETING STAFF

Qualifications :

  • Maximum age 35 years old
  • Bachelor degree at Multimedia / DKV
  • Minimum 3 years experience as Digital Marketing at manufacture industries
  • Required experienced at SEO & SEM, content marketing, and basic design skills
  • Fluent in using graphic design tools, photo and video editing tools
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English
  • Be able to speak Mandarin is preferable

8. JUNIOR INTERNAL AUDIT

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 22 years old
  • Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university
  • Have experience as Internal Audit

9. OPERATION TRAINEE

Qualifications :

  • Maximum age 25 years old
  • Bachelor degree at Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering from reputable university
  • Minimum GPA 3.20

  • Must have good communication skills
  • Active in english
