1. Administration Manager (Indonesia)
Responsibilities :
- Covering Indonesia offices admin and culture initiatives.
- Admin scope including but not limited to: office related, employee benefits, IT asset, etc.
- Need to create SOP and enhance the admin efficiency and effectiveness, solve problems raised by employees with logical and thorough plan plus execution.
- Strong Indonesia local vendor relationship, can leverage external resources to accomplish admin needs.
- Culture scope including but not limited to: learning development, work vibe, casual events, employee health, CSR, etc.
- Need to identify employee’s needs from culture perspective, able to initiate new projects and events to solve and build a better working culture.
- Able to think and plan from a global scope, co-work with different country’s admin to accomplish projects together. – Able to make significant changes on monthly basis.
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years work experience in the admin, office management field
- Experience in big internet corp will be a plus
- Fluent speaking and writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills towards internal team and external vendors
- Project management and time management abilities, always bringing solutions
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, self-motivated and target oriented
2. Senior Marketing Manager (Indonesia)
Responsibilities :
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
- Develop, organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (in-game, social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (banners, press releases, website material etc.)
- Maintain relationships with partners (electronic money, telecommunication providers, etc), vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
- Coordinate with other departments and functions that related to marketing campaigns and activities
Requirements :
- Minimum experience 3 years of Above The Line – Bellow The Line – Through The Line marketing activities, creating marketing strategies, developing marketing campaigns, budget management
- Graduate with Bachelor Degree
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse of clientele
- A high level of maturity, tact, and diplomacy
- Excellent interpersonal communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Must be detail-oriented and have a strong willingness to learn
- Must possess the ability to plan, organize, and handle multiple functions simultaneously and communicate clearly and professionally
- Passionate in game industry and game product
- Thrive in constant change and comfortable in a start-up environment
- Excellent communication in English, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent communication in Mandarin, both verbally and in writing will be advantage
- Mobile Legends player got a point plus
