Job Descriptions :
- Maintaining HR issue (employee relation, community, align with Ops team)
- Monitoring employee performance
- Providing HR Solutions
- Ensuring all activities in area compliance with company rule/policy
- Supporting recruitment efforts
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree from Psychology or Human Resource Management or other related major
- Have experience as an HR Generalist for 1-2 years
- Energetic, mobile, and fast learner
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Domiciled in/near Medan and willing to work from the office
- Willing to do mobile working to several areas in Sumatera
2. HRBP ShopeeFood (Yogyakarta)

Job Descriptions :
- Responsible for facility inspection in several ShopeeFood Driver Center (SDC) locations
- Responsible to do the listing, registering, and tagging asset equipment (Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing [MEP] and Non-MEP)
- Manage preventive maintenance for SDC Sumatera Region (AC maintenance, HVAC, fire protection system, pest and rodent control, fogging/disinfectant)
- Responsible for corrective & breakdown maintenance (Electrical, mechanical & building infrastructure)
- Monitors the performance of the cleaner team in ShopeeFood Driver Center
- Coordinate and maintain good communication with area leads & operational support team
- Create a monthly report about the preventive and corrective maintenance
Requirements :
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering
- Has General Affair working experience (Minimum 2 years)
- Good communication skills and able to work proactively
- Energetic & a fast learner
- Willing to work mobile to visit ShopeeFood Driver Center (SDC) in Sumatra Region
