1. Brand & Digital Marketing Assistant Manager
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, advertising or a related field
- At least 5 year (s) of working experience in the related field
- Has knowledge and proficiency in Brand Management, including consumer definition, situation assessment, financial analysis, and marketing strategy development
- Has knowledge and proficiency in Brand Communications, including the ability to develop integrated communication plans, and manage agencies/vendore
2. Sales Project Supervisor (Central Java)
Descriptions :
- Monthly report to project manager
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Build up relationship with applicator, contracor, and developers to create brand awareness among project
- Develop market share of decorative projects
- Control key account
- Achieve monthly & yearly target
- Progress project data updating
- Control customer collection
Qualifications :
- Candidate must prosess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Required language (s) English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill (s) Monitoring daily activy, Responsible target sales, forecasting, able work at Surabaya
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales-Corporate or equivalent

3. Product Marketing Executive
Descriptions :
- Develop product messaging that differentiates new products from others in the marketing
- Communicate the velue of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facialitale the process
- Pla and take part in the lunch of new products and involve several different departements in such launches
- Review inventory levels and ensure product availability
- Establish bimescales for development of new product infomation (pricing, position, campaign, activity, etc)
- Speak and present about products to both external and internal audience
- Test new products
- Research compelitor activity regarding product promotion and campaign
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services
- Negatiate contratcs with vendors and advertisement supplier
- Formulate and develop product specifications such as design, color, and packaging
- Conduct for product launch, exhibition, dealer gathering, and other promotion activies
Qualification :
- Candidate must prosess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Required language (s) English
- At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Marketing/Business Development cr equivalent
4. Trade & Channel Marketing Asst.Manager
Description :
- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating budgets to ensure effecient usage of resource
- Implement trade marketing plans for relevant channels and product categories to achieve defined business objective
- Conduct market resereach on market trends/sentiments, consumer behavior, compevitor information, etc, and provide analysis as inputs to marketing plans
- Track monthly adual trade spends against sales and analyzes retum on invesment of each trading, Accrue and track trade marketing expenses according to exising plans
- Implement trade marketing standardized prosess, tools, administrative actives (including approvals) ec for smooth execution of trade marketing activites
- Excute and track the progress of above the line marketing campaigns and go-to-market activies, including in-store promotional intiatves
- Provided sales and rade spend analysis by channels,product categoris,etc,Supervise feedback gathering from variosus sources on trade marketing plans effectiveness
- Work closely with internal sakeholders in the execution of trade marketing intiviates to ensure holistic interation of efforts to meet customers’s needs
- Work closely with clients and vendors to ensure excution of trade marketing plans (e.g merchandising/plenograms, trade promotions, in-store axecution,etc)
- Prepare and develop trade marketing and acitivation program which align with market
- Launch trade marketing and activation program
- Monitor and review trade marketing and activation program
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services
- Create and manage POMS concept sell in and sell out program and event
Qualifications :
- Candidate must prosess at least Bachelo’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Required language(s) English, Bahasa indonesia
- At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill (s) analytical thinking, microsoft Excel
- Preferably Manager/Assisant Manager specialized in Marketing/Bussines Development or equivalent
- Experience from paint industry would be an advantage
