Sebagai langkah awal dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsi untuk mengelola transportasi perkeretaapian terintegrasi dan Transit Oriented Development (“TOD”) di wilayah Jabodetabek, PT MITJ menggandeng Konsultan PT PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) Indonesia Advisory KSO PT Jacobs Group Indonesia untuk menyelesaikan Kajian Konsep Integrasi Transportasi Perkeretaapian pada Lintas Pelayanan Jabodetabek.
Sedangkan untuk Kajian Kelayakan Pengembangan TOD di Jabodetabek, Konsultan yang ditunjuk adalah PT Jones Lang LaSalle KSO PT Pandega Desain Weharima & PT PricewaterhouseCoopers Indonesia Advisory. 1. Project Development Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Initiate and create a creative, inspired and implementable design concept for the public infrastructure in TOD area
- Create property-related design development inline with the Urban design Guidelines (UDGL)
- Make comprehensive review for station improvement and station surrounding area design development
- Collaborate with other team members/disciplines/stakeholders as and when required
- To manage project schedules in coordination with internal and external team
- Conduct station monitoring with related parties
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Architecture, Urban Design from reputable university (MAster Degree highly preferable)
- With minimum GPA 3.00
- 2-3 years of experience in Urban Design/Urban Planning/Property Developer/Project Development
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to Apply
- A high level of English and bahasa (Written and oral) is required
- Excellent in computer knowledge
- Have a good Architecture/Urban Design knowledge
- Expert design skills and ability to create innovative solutions to complex design problems
- Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Understand and have capabilities in project contracts, quality control, commissioning and operational readiness
- Detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Must be able to meet deadline, multitask, independent, have a positive attitude, possess good interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, and commercial sense
2. Supply Chain Management
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the management of supply chain management, including needs analysis, planning scheduleing, and control
- Ensure the implementation of the procurement startegy, sourcing, planning for the needs of the procurement of goods and services
- Ensuring the implementation of evaluation and assesing the performance of vendors for the procurement of goods and services
- Establish standard operating procedures/systems/regulations related to Supply Chain Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Management/Administration/Industrial Engineering/Logistic from reputable university
- With minimum GPA 3.00
- 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management/Procurement/Logistic or related field
- Certified related to Supply Chain Management/Procurement/Logistic
- A high level of Ebglish and bahasa (Written and oral) is required
- Detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Have understanding and ability in contractual, including regulatory drafing, regulatory negotiation, contract drafting, and contract negotiation
- Must be able to meet deadline, multitask, independent, have a positive attitude, possess good interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, and commercial sense
