1. BROKER CLASSIFIEDS (ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT)

  • Have at least a Bachelor degree from reputable University.
  • Have minimum 1-year work experience in Telesales/Telemarketing.
  • Have a commitment to the job and you are excited to work in a fast-growing startup.
  • You are eager to learn and willing to go beyond the job description.

 

2. MORTGAGE ADMIN

  • Well-organized: who can find specific files and information very quickly
  • Multi-tasker: Able to juggle many daily tasks and responsibilities and work on several projects at once
  • Excellent communicator: Able to speak clearly and directly through a friendly tone which can convey respect and empathy
  • Can do attitude: Sees solutions and is able to act upon them
  • A nurturing, caring approach: Proud to give the customer the best experience possible
  • You have a university degree from a good Indonesian or foreign university
  • You are a native Indonesian speaker and speak English fluently
  • You have the ability to communicate clearly, confidently and effectively
  • You are a strong multi-tasker with great administration skills
  • You are willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You are target-oriented, persuasive, customer-centric, and stress-resistant

 

3. CUSTOMER SUCCESS TEAM LEADER

  • Has at least a Bachelor degree from a reputable university
  • Has a minimum 2-year work experience. A background in sales, telesales, and/or customer service is preferred
  • Has a minimum 1 year experience in leading a team of sales or telesales people
  • Has a commitment to the job and you are excited to work in a fast-growing startup
  • You are eager to learn and willing to go beyond the job description

 

4. ADMIN MANAGER

  • A Bachelor’s degree from any reputable universities
  • Have minimum of four years of experience working, within operations, finance, sales operations, or administration
  • A self-starting, fast learning, detail oriented team player who thrives with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with large data
  • Stress-resistant
  • Very Strong Experience in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google Docs
  • Salesforce understanding is a plus (but not required)

 

5. TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE

  • A Bachelor degree from reputable Universities
  • You have minimum 1-years work experience
  • An experience in mass hiring is a plus
  • You have a medium to advanced level of English language (spoken & written)
  • You take initiative, are extremely reliable and detailed
  • You have a commitment to the job and you are excited to work in a fast-growing startup
  • You have great communication skill
  • You are eager to learn and willing to go beyond the job description
