1. TOOLING ENGINEER

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related Technical degree.
• Minimum of 5 (five) years experiences in mechanical design or tool or fixture design.
• Proficient level English, communication and writing.
• Proficient in computer assisted design (CAD) and 3D Drawing software, Creo is preferred, MS. Office, etc.
• Familiar with OHSAS standards related to heavy industry.
• In depth knowledge and experience in Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Control Plan, IPV (In-Process Validation) and standard work.
• Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills

2. MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications :

• Proficient in English.
• College or university degree in an engineering or-related discipline and equivalent.
• At least 5 (five) years of work-related experience and TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) implementation.
• Have experience in project management.
• Knowledge in systems utilization and facility / plant engineering concepts.
• Understanding of IFM methodologies and implementation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Thorough knowledge of various engineering, manufacturing and / or maintenance standards and practices and manufacturing systems.
• Have AK3 series (Government Safety Certifications) and Facility Maintenance related Trainings
• Knowledge of Industrial and Building Automations
• Good written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Good human relations, interpersonal and collaboration skills

3. SALES SUPPORT ENGINEER

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or 9 to 12 years of progressive experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or field support of large mining products.  
• 2 + years experience with contracts and proposals
• Fluent in English
• 5 to 10 years prior experience in field assignments
• Familiar with company policies and procedures with a strong department background.
• Factory Managed Process familiarity
• Able to work independently and to communicate effectively with others in the work group, dealer personnel and customers.  
• Demonstrated ability to work on complex assignments.
• Full understanding of Electric Rope Shovel, Hydraulic Mining Shovel, or Dragline products, applications, systems, and parts.
• Bachelor of Science in engineering from an accredited University

4. WELDING ENGINEER

Qualifications :

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Hold welding inspector certification.
• Understands the fundamentals of welding metallurgy, quality systems, external welding specifications, NDT, engineering standards and specifications, manufacturing practices and specifications, robotics, process modelling, CPS, testing processes and procedures, and project management. 
• Minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in welding related activities.  
• In depth working knowledge of welding safety; welding processes; 1E0099, 1E2111, and H2.2; MQ12005; MC1000-XXX; and welding process control methods. 
• Proficiently in CAD and 3D drawing software like SolidWorks, Teamcenter, JT2go, etc.
• Have knowledge about welding equipment technology.
• Good understanding of product design to combine with process design expertise to provide for improved manufacturability of parts and major components.
• Fluent in English
• Experiences in improvement projects with Six Sigma or other methodology is a plus
• Experience in the fabrication of Large steel structures
• Have experience in working with SAP and QM is preferred
• Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skill

5. MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

Kualifikasi :

• Memiliki keterampilan menggunakan Microsoft Office dan komputer
• Keterampilan berbicara English secara pasif
• Fokus yang kuat untuk melayani pelanggan dalam pekerjaan
• Pengalaman bekerja di area fabrikasi
• Berpengalaman kerja 2-3 tahun di area maintenance
• Minimal Pendidikan SMA/SMK Mesin/Listrik
• Bersedia bekerja shift
• Teliti, cermat dan bertanggung jawab
• Terbiasa dengan kebijakan dan prosedur perusahaan

6. PRODUCT SUPPORT SPECIALIST REP

Qualfications :

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years related work experience in supply chain planning, demand & orders management, or sales and commercial support of Caterpillar dealers.
• Fluent in English 
• Supply Chain experience
• Working knowledge of SAP, MOMP, CSQ, PSCRM
• Factory Managed Process familiarity
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with others in the work group, dealer personnel and customers.  
• Thorough understanding of Hydraulic Mining Shovel, Electric Rope Shovel, Dragline products, or Room & Pillar applications, systems, and parts.
• Knowledge and understanding of international shipping requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to collect, track, and analyze data to make decisions
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities

7. ACCOUNTANT (6 MONTHS AGENCY CONTRACT)

Qualifications :

• Ability to seek out relevant information.
• Ability to apply math computation skills including basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as, statistics and other mathematical concepts used in modeling.
• Knowledge of accounting distribution and ability to verify correctness and completeness of such information.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and FASB regulations and procedures as they related to the particular area of accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and Word documents.
• Must demonstrate initiative, leadership, and the ability to communicate effectively.
• EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or a related business discipline.

8. MATERIAL REQUIREMENT PLANNING ANALYST

Qualifications :

• College or university degree or equivalent, preferably in Supply Chain and/or Logistics Management or Industrial Engineering.
• A background in Supply Chain, Manufacturing / Operations, Inventory Management, Material Requirements Planning, Demand Management and/or Logistics.
• Minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible supply chain job experience.
• Basic knowledge of 6 Sigma.
• In-depth understanding of SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Requires problem-solving skills to solve common problems.
• APICS, CPIM, or CSPC National Certification.
• Knowledge of standard supply chain systems.
• Must possess strong collaborative, interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work across functions to perform work deploying supply chain improvements.
• Must be a strong team player in order to be effective in deploying supply chain improvements as part of a team.
• Must possess understanding of manufacturing and operations standard processes and basic product knowledge.
• Ability to analyze business conditions and situations during deployment needed to minimize disruption to daily requirements

9. TORQUE MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

Qualifications :

• University degree in a Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering-related degree.
• Minimum of 5 (five) years as a Torque Engineer or related role.
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment with thorough knowledge of manufacturing concepts related to assembly process.
• Able to read of the mechanical drawing.
• Understand of torqueing process, torque tool specification and torque process improvement.
• Thorough knowledge of hydraulic system.
• Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to create 3D design using design software like SolidWorks, Teamcenter, JT2go, etc.
• Experience in improvement projects with Six Sigma or other methodology.
• Having experience working with a diverse group of employees and customers.

10. LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR

Qualifications :

• Proficient in English
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain and/or Logistics Management
• At least 3 (three) years of job experience in Logistics/Warehousing and having knowledge of various Logistics operation and Warehouse management systems.
• At least 3 years in a people leadership role with strong people management qualities.
• Certified or having knowledge in 6 Sigma green belt 
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, organizational and communication skills.
• A working knowledge of ERP system such as SAP.
• Project management background
• Material distribution experience
• Knowledge of material handling equipment

11. WELDER

Kualifikasi :

• Lulusan dari Sekolah Menegah Atas/Kejuruan
• Memiliki sikap yang baik, kepribadian disiplin yang tinggi, kerja sama tim yang baik, dan suka membantu.
• Mampu melakukan proses Gas Metal Arc Welding pada Posisi Pipa 1G, 2G, 2F, 2F.
• Mampu melakukan pengelasan Semi Otomatis Posisi 1G.
• Pengetahuan yang baik dan mampu mengoperasikan heating torch tools untuk pengaturan nyala api.
• Mampu melakukan proses gouging out.
• Memilik pengetahuan yang baik dan mampu mengoperasikan berbagai mesin gerinda.
• Mampu membaca hasil cetak.
• Pengalaman minimal 6 bulan sebagai welder dengan kemampuan las yang sangat baik.
• Pengetahuan yang baik tentang mesin Gas Metal Arc Welding dan TIG.
• Pengetahuan yang sangat baik tentang Weld Procedure Specification.
• Mampu mengerjakan 2 value stream yang berbeda.
• Pengetahuan yang sangat baik tentang welding defects.
• Bersedia melakukan pekerjaan lain yang ditugaskan oleh atasan

12. QUALITY SPECIALIST

Kualifikasi :

• Memiliki pengalaman minimum 1 tahun di kalibrasi proses.
• Memiliki pengalaman SAP, ETQ atau sistem yang serupa
• Mampu berbahasa Inggris
• Familiar dan bisa menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office
• Bersedia bekerja di lingkungan dengan suhu yang sering berubah
• Keterampilan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang sangat baik
