1. BUILDING SUPERVISOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Responsible for the smooth functioning of the building (Office Tower Building).
Responsible for the supervision of the activities of building maintenance workers.
Mastering operational work, building repairs and building facilities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree from any major.
Min 5 year of working experience in the related field.
Good communication, negotiation & presentation skill.
Having good interpersonal communication & analytical thinking skills.
Willing to work under shift schedule.

2. CASUAL LEASING OFFICER

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Actively seek exhibitor to occupy exhibition area based on target.
Monitoring exhibition event, push cart etc.
Responsible to maintain good relationship & update prospective tenant/exhibitor database.
Make a Casual Leasing report.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Min Education S1 Marketing/Management/Communication or any major.
Min 1 year of working experience in the related field (Shopping Centre/Retail)
Having experience in the field of event / exhibition will be advantages
Good communication, negotiation & presentation skill.
Well groomed & target oriented.

3. CHIEF ENGINEERING

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Conduct maintenance and operation of the physical structure of the building, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and any other related equipment.
Maintain effective energy management and preventative maintenance programs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must at least a Bachelor’s degree from Architecture/Civil Engineering major.
Had experienced 7 years in the same field (High Rise Building/Office Tower).
Would be placed as Assistant Manager Level.
Willing to work under shift schedule.

4. DESIGN OFFICER

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Make daily reports (daily to do list) and update status of each design work.
Completing design work from the work order list.
Conducting on site surveys after receiving work order designs (field measurements, checking required materials, and browsing related to the work given).
Follow up the design that has been submitted to the user who gave the work order.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Maximum age 30 years old.
Candidates must at least a Bachelor’s degree from Architecture/Civil Engineering major.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Understand the concept of building and interior design concepts as well as building materials.
Ability to manage projects, experience in leading a project would be beneficial.
Having good interpersonal communication & analytical thinking skills.

5. HSE OFFICER

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Carry out risk assessments at all Central Park Mall locations, including inspections for unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, non-comformity and provide recommendations Hazard identification in every job and work area.
Supervise periodic inspection and maintenance of safety devices. Provide reports on the results of inspection and maintenance of safety devices and their evaluations.
Prepare and conduct emergency programs and emergency drills according to applicable regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Medical Science or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Have Certified K3 Umum is a must.
Willing to work under shift and public holiday.

6. TECHNICIAN (ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONIC, HVAC)

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Implement preventive maintenance related to Electric engineering (panel electric, lift, escalator)
Implement preventive maintenance related to Electronic engineering (including: CCTV cameras, CCTV camera networks, DVR, fire alarm systems, detector test, BAS / Building Automation System, telephones, LED monitors).
Implement preventive maintenance related to HVAC engineering
Create work reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Maximum age 30 years old
Min Education SMK in Engineering (Electric/Electronic), HVAC
Min 1 years of working experience in the related field (Shopping Center/Retail)
Willing to work under shift and public holiday.

7. TENANT RELATION OFFICER

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Maintain good relationship between Tenants and Building Management.
Receive and follow up complaints from the Tenants to be solved with good coordination with related department.
Keeping the facilities of the Tenants in order to remain properly.
Prepare and distribute of Tenants activity report to the management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Maximum age 30 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree from any major.
Have a minimum prior experience for 1-2 years in the related field is required for this position, preferably in apartment/office/retail.
Excellent in communication skill, interpersonal skill with strong analytical ability, customer services oriented and pleasant personality.
Computer literate with excellent skills of Microsoft Office.

8. TR EVENT & PROMO OFFICER

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Maintain good relationship between Tenants and Building Management.
Coordinate and monitoring tenant event promotions.
Update blast promotion tenants via social media & website
Collaborate with Casual Leasing and Marketing Communication regarding schedules and plotting of tenant promotional media installations

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Maximum age 30 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree from any major.
Have a minimum prior experience for 1-2 years in the related field is required for this position, preferably in shopping center/retail.

9. ORDER TAKER

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Reviewing drawings (design from Fit Out & as built drawing from tenant).
Responding to complaints addressed to the engineering department (distributing Work Order / complaints & ensuring complaints have been handled).
Supervise for testing according to M/E building standards by contractors.
Checking the handover of units.
