1. FACILITY STAFF

Monitoring and troubleshooting electrical equipment also making maintenance planning for power substations & transformers in the Factory area. Analyze equipment and system facility (SCADA, BMS & IoT) when problems occur and develop the automation system.
As a staff, your role is to be a system analyst to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, and improve self-competence.

Specific Requirement:

Major: Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (high voltage)
Work under shifting hours
Proficient in PLC
Placement in Karawang, West Java

2. CUSTOMER CARE STRATEGY STAFF

Coordinate with dealers and vendors to ensure documents related to emergency service programs are complete and the process is running properly. Conduct financial administrative activities in the department.

Specific Requirement:

Major: Diploma of Management, Administration Management
Good interpersonal and communication skills

3. AFTERSALES OPERATION STAFF

Supervise dealer after-sales activity and determine the right strategy and standardization to align with the company’s strategy to improve dealer after-sales performance.
As a staff, your role is to be a system analyst to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, and improve self-competence.

Specific Requirement:

Major: Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Management
Able to drive a car and have a driving license
Willing to travel for a business trip
Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta

4. SALES OPERATION STAFF

Control the dealer’s sales operations by analyzing the dealer’s sales achievements and determining strategies to achieve sales targets.
As a staff, your role is to be a system analyst to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, and improve self-competence.

Specific Requirement:

Major: Bachelor of Engineering, Management, Business, and Economy
Able to drive a car and have a car driving license
Willing to travel for business trip
Have good negotiating skill
Able to perform data processing & analysis using Microsoft Office

General Qualifications:

Minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0)
Independent and ready to work in the manufacturing industry
Strong analytical thinking

Discipline, firm, and have a strong leadership
Able to work under pressure and target-oriented

Proficient in Ms. Office
