1. Quantity Surveyor Officer

Deskripsi pekerjaan:

  • Menyusun Bill of Quantities (BoQ) berdasarkan gambar teknis
  • Mengawasi anggaran proyek secara keseluruhan
  • Mengelola variasi kontrak (perubahan desain/tambahan pekerjaan)
  • Menghitung progress pembayaran ke kontraktor
  • Melakukan cost control selama konstruksi berlangsung
  • Menyiapkan final account (rekapitulasi biaya akhir proyek)
  • Analisis risiko finansial dan mitigasi

Kualifikasi:

  • Gelar sarjana (S1) di bidang yang relevan seperti: Quantity Surveying, Teknik Sipil, Arsitektur
    Pengalaman minimal 2-3 tahun pengalaman di bidang quantity surveying atau manajemen biaya konstruksi
  • Pengalaman dalam menghitung biaya, membuat estimasi, dan mengelola anggaran proyek
  • Keterampilan analitis: Kemampuan menganalisis data, gambar teknis, dan dokumen proyek untuk menghitung biaya secara akurat
  • Keterampilan matematika kemampuan menghitung volume, biaya material, tenaga kerja dan peralatan

2. Interior Designer Store Development

Job Description:

  • Develop functional and cost-effective 3D designs for retail projects
  • Presenting the design to cross-department user and top management
  • Liaise with building management, landlords, and relevant stakeholder regarding design requirements
  • Follows the brand’s design guideline and budget
  • Site measurement

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelors Degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Interior Architecture or similar with 1-2 years of experience
  • Experienced in retail projects, retail food and beverages is preferred
  • Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, Photoshop and other relevant softwares

3. Site Supervisor Business Development

Job Description:

  • Bertanggung jawab langsung di lapangan untuk memastikan pekerjaan konstruksi atau proyek berjalan sesuai rencana dan sesuai spesifikasi teknis.  
  • Fokus pada pelaksanaan teknis dan pengawasan harian di lokasi proyek.
  • Mengawasi pekerjaan harian di lokasi proyek.
  • Memastikan pekerjaan dilakukan sesuai dengan desain, standar kualitas, dan keselamatan.
  • Mengkoordinasikan pekerjaan dengan kontraktor, subkontraktor, dan pekerja lapangan.
  • Melaporkan kemajuan proyek dan masalah teknis kepada Project Manager.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimal diploma (D3) di bidang Teknik Sipil, Arsitektur atau bidang terkait konstruksi.
  • Minimal 2-3 tahun pengalaman di lapangan sebagai supervisor atau peran serupa.
  • Pengalaman dalam mengawasi pekerjaan konstruksi dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap spesifikasi teknis.
  • Pengetahuan teknis tentang metode konstruksi, material, dan peralatan.
  • Kemampuan membaca gambar teknis (gambar arsitektur, struktur, dan MEP).
  • Kemampuan mengawasi pekerja lapangan dan memastikan keselamatan kerja.
  • Kemampuan menggunakan alat ukur dan perangkat lunak desain sederhana (seperti AutoCAD).

Job Description:

  • Identifying and selecting suitable suppliers for various goods and services
  • Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers
  • Creating and issuing purchase orders to suppliers
  • Monitoring the status of orders and ensuring timely deliver
  • Handling any problems or disputes with suppliers
  • Evaluating suppliers based on quality, delivery, and pricing
  • Identifying opportunities to reduce purchasing costs
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

5. Quality Assurance Staff BP & QA

Job Description:

  • Actively involved in the maintenance of internal quality standards.
  • Conduct periodic audits.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Food Technology/ Nutrition/ Science.
  • Experienced Quality Staff in the food industry/ Food manufacturing (F&B Industry Preferable) min. 1 year.
  • Have a knowledge in Regulatory (BPJPH-Halal/BPOM/HACCP), certified “Penyelia Halal” and HACCP/ ISO 22000 certified will be an advantage.
  • Able to perform Internal and Supplier Audits based on GMP principals.
  • Able to create visible SOP/ Working Instruction, and Analysis Quality Issue in Restaurant.
  • Willing to work remote and high intensity of mobile working all across Indonesia.

Job Description:
