1. CINEMA MANAGER – PLAZA RENON
Job Descriptions :
- Responsible for Cinema operational activities to achieve the guest statisfication and revenue targets
- Coordinate with related departement to ensure operational supporting activities runs smoothly
- Ensuring every area of is well maintained and well cleaned on regular bisnis regarding ro the regulations
- Coordinate and execute ongoing promotions/events
- Conduct Periodic Operations Meeting to discuss performance and action plans to improve the overall KPI score
- Maintaining the expenses (electricity, utilities, labor, etc) to ensure the Cinema’s profitability meets the target/budget
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree majoring in Management/Hospitality will be preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as Assistant Manager or minimus 5 years experience as Supervisor in the F&B/Retail/Restaurant
- Dynamic and go-getter mindset
- Good communication skill in Bahasa and English
- Deep knowledge on Profit and Loss and how improve the profitability

- Running all cinema operation task in accordance with the SOP

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Melaksanakan proses penjualan kepada pelanggan yang meliputi tiket dan menu-menu yang tersedia di Bioskop
- Menjaga kelancaran operasional studio/bioskop
- Memastikan aspek keamanan di dalam tetap terjaga dan terkendali dengan baik
- Membersihkan seluruh area Bioskop (Lobi, Bioskop, Toilet, Kantor, dll) secara berkala sesuai ketentuan
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal SMA Sederajat
