1. Technical Engineer Intern
- As a Technical Engineer Intern, you will support our technical and sales teams by assisting with product applications, customer support, and technical documentation. This internship offers hands-on experience in industrial engineering, providing an opportunity to develop technical knowledge while contributing to real business projects.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in providing technical support and product recommendations to customers
- Support the sales team by preparing technical documents, product information, and presentations
- Participate in customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions
- Assist in troubleshooting product-related issues under the guidance of senior engineers
- Help prepare technical reports, documentation, and project updates
- Conduct product and market research to support technical and business initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering and customer projects
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in technical sales, industrial engineering, or application engineering
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, industrial equipment, or lubricants is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willing to travel for customer visits or field assignments when required
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C & SIM A) is an advantage

2. Sales Engineer
- As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving business growth by combining technical expertise with sales skills
Responsibilities :
- Provide product recommendations and technical specifications to customers.
- Utilize technical knowledge to support sales, offer consultations, and conduct product demonstrations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Update and maintain the sales pipeline regularly.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or industrial sales.
- Familiar with Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in delivering customer presentations.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Able to communicate effectively across functions and levels within the customer organization.
- Must have a valid driving license (SIM C & SIM A).
