1. Corporate Responsibility Coordinator

Responsibility :

  • Work to support Sustainability Department Head in fulfilling the targets of local Corporate Responsibility project and programs, mainly the Urban Farming (Super Indo Berkebun), Fundraising, Voluntary, and other philanthropic activities as well as assisting the Department for its related events communication.  

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree from any major. Preferably in social science or communication science.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00
  • 2-year experience in community development projects
  • Understand and active in Social Media channels
  • Able to operate photo & video cameras, have experience in media visualization projects.
  • Have experience creating & maintaining databases and their reports.
  • Proficient in basic computer: MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • A self-starter, confident in leading projects and networking with a wide range of people.
  • Able to work with other members of the team in the department, in the organization generally and external partners to develop & implement collaborative sustainability programs.
  • Able to work on tight deadlines.
  • Able to work independently.

2. Mobile App Engineer (Section Head)

Responsibility :

  • Mobile App Engineer is responsible to develop and maintain Super Indo application, also analyze and add exciting features for the mobile app. Furthermore, Mobile App Engineer also responsible to fulfill customer’s need related to Super Indo application through involvement in designing the mobile application. Mobile App Engineer will works with related function to produce high quality mobile app.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / IT software development is preferred
  • Familiar with technologies like Flutter, React Native, Node JS, Redux, GraphQL and Android & IOS development framework.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
  • Experience with Firebase, APNS is a plus (FCM, analytics).
  • Experience debugging mobile applications on iOS and Android is preferred.
  • Previous experience as part of a product oriented team is a plus.
  • Proven ablity to ship high quality, testable, and accessible code quickly.
  • Good technical project management skills, planning and organization skills, also communication skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, drive and an obsessive attention to detail.

3. Indirect Procurement Section Head

Responsibility :

  • Manage the continuity of Indirect Procurement Activity running well to support the Store needs for OPEX/CAPEX;
  • Ensures all activities conducted in line with company policy and procedures;
  • Understanding of retail products manufactured and services;
  • Establish and maintain compliances of procurement ethics code.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree or higher, from any major; strong background from Technical is more preferable
  • Minimum 2 years experience in purchasing Department, with retail industry background is an advantage
  • Strong in communication & negotiation skill
  • Familiar with purchase order process

4. Store Leader

Responsibility :

  • Responsible for achieving budgeted financial and operating results for an assigned store. Inspires and develops his team through empowerment.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree from any major, or minimum senior high school with managerial experience of retail business
  • Good in leadership skill
  • Good business perspective
  • Have analysis & systematical thinking
  • Well understand in financial report
  • Strong in communication skill
  • Quick learner, detail-oriented, open-minded with high flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
  • Willing to work in all major cities of Indonesia
  • Willing to work with shift based, weekend, and National holiday

5. Construction Management

Responsibility :

  • Leads, manages and controls all aspects on construction process. He/She will lead project leaders to manage the project. He/she will also responsible to cooperate with all related parties, including others department and division before, during, and after the construction period.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree or higher, with strong background in structure or comes from Civil Engineering/Architecture Engineering
  • 8 – 10 years experience working as a project management, construction management consultant or contractor
  • Advance computer application: Microsoft Office application, AutoCAD, SAP, or ETABS (preferable)
  • Good design skill, good ability to read technical drawing
  • Thorough and precise detail check manner
  • Possesses strong leadership
  • Proficient in English

6. IT Functional Marketing & Digital Department Head

Responsibility :

  • Responsible for end to end life cycle of a project, including gathering information, designing a system solution, providing comprehensive documentations, testing, and roll outs.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of bachelor degree from Information Technology or any related major
  • Experience in managing min. 3 large scale projects (includes digital project)
  • Excellent abilities in gathering, analyze, and transforming business requirement into functional and technical specs
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Familiar with Agile thinking and Scrum/Kanban Methodologies
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skill, attention to detail
  • Having experience in retail and/or e-commerce preferred

7. Buyer (Section Head)

Responsibility :

  • Manage several categories to achieve sales, profit, margin & other income as targeted.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree or higher, from any major
  • Minimum 5 years experience working in Buying and/or Category management; specifically in category of Beauty & Personal Care
  • Possess high reasoning both numerical & verbal
  • Good negotiation skill & leadership skill
  • Proficient in English & Bahasa
  • Placement: Jakarta
