1. Host Live Stream Staff

Job Requirements :

Passionate in Live Streaming and communicate with customer
Has minimum 1 year of experience as the same position (fresh graduate are welcome)
Excellent in communication, adaptation, and teamwork skills.
Able to communicate in English is a plus

Job Description :

Create regular reports regarding Live Performance (Total views, highlights, top viewers, total minutes, new followers, etc)
Creative for live-streaming content
Able to identify trends and hot topics in the Indonesian market

2. Customer Service Staff

Job Requirements :

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or other
customer-facing roles
Ability to converse effectively in English
Comfortable working with technology and able to quickly learn new applications

Job Description :

Respond to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, or chat
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently
Gather and report customer feedback to improve services and products
Follow company policies and procedures and adhere to relevant regulations

3. SPV Regulatory Affair

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of BPOM regulations, HALAL certification, ISO standards, CPKB, and PKRT
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
Proven experience in managing and monitoring regulatory status of products, including registrations, renewals, and new products

Job Description :

Handle product registrations, renewals, and new product submissions
Prepare and review regulatory submissions, and keep accurate records
Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact on products
Work with internal teams and regulatory agencies to address and resolve compliance issues

4. Stock Opname Staff

Job Requirements :

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting or the related field
Have minimum 1 year experience as a stock opname or inventory control
Deeply understand the Warehouse’s Inventory Movement Flow
Excellent in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willing to be mobile working and doing business trips
Preferred domiciled in Tangerang

Conduct stock audits with high integrity and honesty
Maintain an objective approach during stock audits
Be meticulous in verifying stock and identifying discrepancies.
Respond quickly and effectively to issues encountered during audits
Perform stock audits independently and efficiently

5. Product Development Staff (Skincare)

Job Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in any major
Minimum experience 1 year specialized in Product Development preferably in Skincare category
Having strong analytical thinking, marketing, sense, presentation skill and teamwork
Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken
Able to conduct research on current market trends and synthesizing data from various feedback sources

Job Description :

Create a new product concept through in-depth research into the market trends, especially in Skin Care category
Innovating new products product regarding the formula, packaging, and other aspects that are going to be involved in the product
In charge to take all the responsibility for the whole product innovation process
Engage internal and external end-users to gather insight that informs product decisions
Generate and distribute product knowledge insight

6. PPIC Staff

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG sector
Proven experience in managing production schedules and inventory levels in a fast-paced environment

Job Description :

Develop and maintain production schedules based on forecasted demand, current inventory levels, and production capacity
Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory
Analyze production and inventory data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and make data-driven recommendations.
Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations related to production and inventory management
