1. Customer Care & Dealer Training Staff

Job Overview :

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Training and Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
    • Training Development and Delivery: Design and develop comprehensive training modules tailored for dealership personnel. Plan and conduct engaging training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
    • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for dealership operations. Ensure that SOPs are effectively implemented and adhered to across all dealership activities.
    • Quality Audits and Improvement: Conduct regular audits of dealership activities to assess quality and compliance. Develop and implement actionable improvement plans based on audit findings.
    • Operational Support: Provide ongoing support to dealerships by delivering feedback reports, offering consultation, and providing technical guidance to optimize dealership operations.

Key Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management
  • Proven experience in training development and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations and SOP creation.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for quality improvement.
  • Effective communication and consultation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

2. Compliance & Litigation Staff

Short Description :

  • Prepare legal opinions and apply them by comprehensively analyzing regulatory content and business circumstances
  • Draft and review agreements, manage licensing procedures, and represent companies in dealings with government institutions or during hearings

Specific Requirement :

  • Bachelor of Law
  • Have PKPA participation certificate
  • Able to drive a car and have a driving license
  • Preferably have working experience in legal
  • Proficient in Ms. Office & English
  • Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta

General Requirement :

  • Have a TOEIC/TOEFL Certification with a minimum score of 550 for TOEIC or 493 for TOEFL
  • COVID-19 vaccine certificate-full doses (up to 1st booster is welcomed)
  • Have valid Certificate of Good Conduct Indonesian Police Certificates (SKCK)

3. Staff T2 Sales Operation

Short Description :

  • Stay ahead of market trends, engage, and collaborate with dealers in West Java and Banten area, and track dealer KPI performance.

Specific Requirement :

  • Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Marketing Management, Business Management
  • Able to drive a car and have a driving license (SIM A)
  • Proficient in Ms. Office & English
  • Willing to go on business trip
  • Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta

General Requirement :

  • Have a TOEIC/TOEFL Certification with a minimum score of 550 for TOEIC or 493 for TOEFL
  • COVID-19 vaccine certificate-full doses (up to 1st booster is welcomed)

4. Dealer Development Outside Java

Short Description :

  • Assist in developing a new Honda dealership outside Java area by analyzing project proposals, coordinating with investors to design a layout based on Honda standards, and monitoring the building process until the opening ceremony.

Specific Requirement :

  • Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Have a driving license (SIM A) and can drive a car
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and responsive
  • Willing to go on business trip to Honda dealerships in Indonesia
  • Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta
