1. INVENTORY MATERIAL COORDINATOR STAFF
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the receipt of goods (goods receipt note) both physically and documents
- Monitor and review the release of goods both between warehouses and those used directly by users
- Monitor the Material Transfer process to ensure accurate documentation and tracking of material transfers
- Coordinate the Material Request process to ensure accurate documentation and tracking of material request
- Ensure accurate records of inventory transactions
- Implement inventory control procedures, such as cycle counting and inventory reconciliation, to maintain data integrity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is often preferred
- At least 2 years experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain roles is highly desirable (telecommunications industry is preferred)
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and demands
- Ability to analyze inventory data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts or excess inventory
- Being meticulous and thorough in managing inventory records, conducting audits, and identifying discrepancies or irregularities
- Have a good communication, problem solving, and organization skils.
2. INVENTORY COORDINATOR STAFF
Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels across all products and warehouses to ensure they align with planned targets and customer demand
- Determine optimal inventory levels, reorder points, and safety stock levels to prevent stockouts while minimizing excess inventory
- Analyzes demand patterns, lead times, desired service levels, and historical data to develop inventory replenishment plans
- Monitor inventory aging on a regular basis to identify slow moving or obsolete stock and take action to address these issues
- Monitor the inventory storage handling to minimize instances of damage, loss, or misplacement of inventory through effective storage handling procedures
- Implement inventory control procedures, such as cycle counting and inventory reconciliation, to maintain data integrity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field is often required
- At least 2 years experience in inventory management, supply chain planning, or procurement is typically required (telecommunications industry is preferred)
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and demands
- Inventory planners need to analyze data, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels
- Inventory planners must be meticulous in tracking inventory levels, monitoring stock movements, and ensuring accuracy in inventory records
- Understanding of supply chain concepts such as demand forecasting, lead times, safety stock, and inventory turnover is essential
- Have a good communication, problem solving and organization skils.
3. ASSET COORDINATOR STAFF
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate the dismantle process to track dismantled assets and to ensure proper documentation and authorization
- Monitor and coordinate the asset warranty claim process to ensure timely submission of warranty claims and follow-up with suppliers to expedite resolution
- Coordinate the fixed asset reparation process to ensure that fixed assets are maintained, repaired, and serviced efficiently and effectively throughout their lifecycle
- Monitor and coordinate the fixed asset write-off process to ensure proper documentation and authorization for write-off transactions, including disposal or selling procedures
- Carry out all dismantle, repair and disposal processes in accordance with company procedures and policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field is often required
- At least 2 years experience in maintenance management, facilities management, or a related field is usually necessary (telecommunications industry is preferred)
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and demands
- Proficiency in understanding technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and other technical documentation related to fixed assets is essential
- Strong communication skills are necessary for effectively coordinating maintenance activities with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders
- The ability to analyze maintenance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize asset performance is valuable
- Have a good communication, problem solving, and organization skils.
