1. Officer Development Program (IT/ RM Commercial/ General Banking) – 2021

Job Descriptions :

• Whether you are a fresh graduate or someone seeking a new challenge, BNI provide you with the opportunity to nurture your career in Officer Development Program
• As our bank continues to grow, we need more talented employees to become our future leaders. We need fresh, creative, skillful, and adventurous individuals who will lead and manage the bank’s transformation to achieve its mission in the future.
• To be well prepared as our future leaders, you will be required to undergo this journey:
  • Samapta (military based leadership program)
  • One year comprehensive bankers training (you will be evaluated in the end of training)

Entrance Requirements :

• S1 /S2 from reputable universities with relevant field of studies
• Proficient in English and submit your score in the application (TOEFL /IELTS), we only accept score provided by official /authorized institution and valid
• The current status is not married and willing to not get married during the program (1 year)
• No direct (nuclear) family currently working as an active employee of BNI

Specific for ODP IT :

• Mastering the Programming Language that suits the Company needs.
• Having a skill to design and Tools/ System development
• Has experience in developing IT Tools and Systems in Banking or other Non-Banking financial industries

Specific for ODP RM Commercial :

• S2 from reputable universities with relevant field of studies, or S1 with experince as Small Medium Enterprise (SME) Relationship Manager for 1 – 2 years.

2. Officer Development Program International – 2021

  • One year comprehensive bankers training (you will be evaluated in the end of training)

Entrance Requirements :

• S1 /S2 from reputable universities with relevant field of studies, Preferably foreign university graduates or domestic university graduates with international class programs
• Have good English/ Mandarin/ Korean language skills (oral and written) accompanied by proof minimum IELTS score (or equivalent) of at least 7/ HSK score (or equivalent) of at least Level 3/ TOPIK score (or equivalent) of at least Level 5,
• Having an understanding related to International Business,
• The current status is not married and willing to not get married during the program (1 year)
• No direct (nuclear) family currently working as an active employee of BNI
