1. Laboratory & Quality Control Supervisor

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geological Engineering, Mining Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the nickel mining industry.
Strong understanding of analytical laboratory operations and processes.
Proficient in geological database management.
Strong knowledge of statistics, geology, and geostatistics.
Experienced in database management systems and QA/QC procedures.
Knowledge of laboratory sample preparation and analytical processes.
Proficient in geological software (Surpac/Micromine), GIS software (ArcGIS/QGIS), and database platforms (Microsoft SQL Server/Geobank).
Holds a valid POP/POM certification.
Strong understanding of database management systems, data processing, and validation.

Key Roles:

Supervise laboratory operations, performance, and analytical processes.
Ensure laboratory quality by validating assay data and maintaining quality control of analytical results.
Supervise the performance and output of the Geochemical Analysis Laboratory.
Conduct audits of sample preparation and analytical processes to ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures.
Prepare official reports and calculate the number of check and umpire samples analyzed.
Evaluate external check samples, umpire samples, and proficiency testing (inter-laboratory comparison) results.

2. Ore Study Geologist

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering or a related field.
Good understanding of sampling procedures and sampling methods.
Ability to identify ultramafic rock types and evaluate the degree of serpentinization.
Strong understanding of lateritic nickel profiles, associated lithological layers, and mineralization.
Holds a valid POP Certificate.
Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi.

Key Roles:

Conduct geological logging, data collection, sampling, sample preparation, and drill core studies.
Implement the company’s established sample preparation standards to ensure sample quality is maintained.
Identify and correct errors in sample preparation data entry.
Determine the number of samples to be submitted to the laboratory for further analysis.
Determine the appropriate locations for duplicate sample collection and the insertion of standard reference samples.
Assess the quality of blank samples and determine their suitability for use.
Decide whether additional operational time is required for the core shed based on the volume of incoming samples.

3. Production & Cost Superintendent

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) with more than 5 years of relevant working experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same or a similar position.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve organizational objectives while effectively managing team dynamics.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate production processes, budgeting, and vendor performance, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Key Roles:

Ensure all production activities are executed in accordance with the approved mine plan and production schedule developed by the Mine Planning Engineer.
Plan, monitor, and control production cost estimates for each mining contractor.
Ensure the accuracy of invoicing data, including material volumes, hauling distances, billing amounts, fuel backcharges, incentives, penalties, and the preparation of Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Goods Receipts (GR).
Collect, compile, and analyze weekly and monthly operational data to support the preparation of management reports and performance reviews.
Review and ensure contractors fulfill all contractual obligations, including mining schedule compliance, quality of work, and adherence to mining operational requirements.
Supervise the team in providing daily and real-time production data services through the Fleet Management System (FMS).

4. Town Management Supervisor

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and effectively manage team dynamics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Plan, organize, and manage access control for employees, contractors, tenants, and visitors entering and exiting the site.
Plan and oversee all town management systems, equipment, and supporting facilities to ensure they operate effectively and function optimally.
Lead, supervise, and provide guidance to the team responsible for town management operations, ensuring smooth execution and resolving operational issues promptly.
Coordinate with contractors, tenants, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with town management policies, procedures, and regulations.
Evaluate existing systems, equipment, and supporting facilities, and develop improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.

5. QA HPAL Foreman

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in QA/QC, preferably in HPAL operations.
Knowledge of hydrometallurgy process and QA standards.
Good communication, supervision, and analytical skills.
Willing to work at site in shift system.
Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi.

Key Roles:

Oversee sampling and testing of materials in HPAL process.
Ensure strict implementation of QA/QC procedures.
Monitor and control quality performance in accordance with specifications.
Coordinate with Process, Laboratory, and Operations teams to address issues.

Train and supervise QA crew assigned to HPAL unit.

6. QA RKEF Foreman

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in QA/QC, preferably in nickel smelter or RKEF process.
