1. GENERAL AFFAIR TECHNICAL STAFF

Improve work processes to increase efficiency and productivity in General Affair Department and ensure its implementation.
As a staff, your role is to be a system analyst to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, and improve self-competence.

Specific Requirement :

Diploma or Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management
Have knowledge in Kaizen, 5S, PDCA, and QC 7 Tools
Have strong analytical thinking, able to find root cause of the problem and its countermeasure.
Proficient in Ms. Excel & PowerPoint
Discipline, emphasize on customer-oriented and social service, responsive
Preferably able to use 3D design software
Placement in Karawang

2. GOVERNMENT RELATION STAFF

Coordinate with the local government authorities and be in charge of various company licenses required by the government authorities.
As a staff, your role is to be a system analyst to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, and improve self-competence.

Specific Requirement :

Bachelor of Law
Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Discipline, firm, and have a high integrity
Able to manage time and work procedures
Placement in Karawang

3. PARTS INVENTORY STAFF

Manage parts order to fulfill supply in dealer and coordinate the demand with factory and supplier.
As a staff, your role is to be a system analyst to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, and improve self-competence.

Specific Requirement :

Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management
Expertise in Ms. Excel (data inputting and processing, arithmetic and statistical calculations)
Have knowledge in supply chain
Able to manage and control parts stock
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Have an interest in the automotive field (automobile)
Proficient in English (both oral & written)
Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta

General Requirement :

Thorough and systematic in working
Have a TOEIC/TOEFL Certification with minimum score 550 for TOEIC or 493 for TOEFL
COVID-19 vaccine certificate-full doses (up to 1st booster is welcomed)
Certificate of Good Conduct: Indonesian Police Certificates (SKCK)
