1. Recruitment & Assessment Associate

Job Description :

  • Support recruitment and assessment processes through administrative tasks.
  • Manage assessment process from administrative to report
  • Maintain accurate data and generate recruitment reports.
  • Coordinate scheduling for promotion management
  • Deep understanding for psychological assessment and assessment center

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in Recruitment and Assessment field.
  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25.
  • Excellent in data management.
  • Understand end-to-end recruitment and assessment cycle.
  • Strong communication and analytical skill, as well as great interpersonal skill.

2. Instructor Operator

Job Description :

  • Conduct training on the operation of heavy equipment provided by United Tractors.
  • Observe the operation of heavy equipment.
  • Create and generate reports based on training and observation outcomes.
  • Develop instructional materials related to heavy equipment operation training.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years experience as Instructor or Trainer in Heavy Equipment Machinery.
  • Minimum Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree of all degrees.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25.
  • Having Training of Trainers (TOT) certifications or training.
  • Skilled in using heavy machinery provided by UT machine, such as an excavator, a bulldozer, and a dump truck.

3. Microlearning Module Developer

Job Description :

  • Identify microlearning content needs and priorities based on business goals and employee competencies.
  • Design and develop concise, clear, and interactive content that aligns with the principles of microlearning.
  • Set up and manage microlearning modules on the UT SMART platform.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to assess the effectiveness and impact of content.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, internal and external teams, and digital technology teams to ensure content quality and relevance align with organizational needs.

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in learning & development, content development, or human capital.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or Education.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25
  • Previous experience in content development will be a plus.
  • Strong creativity in delivering ideas and visually appealing learning materials.
  • Good communication skill and analytical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to work with SMEs or stakeholders.
