1. Data Engineer

Job Responsibility :

• Understand to read analyze financial statement, such income, tax, EBITDA, etc
• Able to perform descriptive statistics
• Hands on experience with ETL to extract data from multiple sources
• Analyze and organize raw data
• Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modelling
• Analyze some data model with a high sense of business acumen

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor degree in computer science or relevent field
• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Previous experience as a data engineer or in a similiar role
• Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
• Great numerical and analytical skills
• Data engineering certification (e. g IBM Certified Data Engineer) is a plus
• Able to use Alteryx & Tableau
• Understand R or Python programming

2. Business Development

Job Responsibility :

• Selling product services to android TV, internet providers, smart TV, and others
• Responsible of business profit & loss for android TV, internet providers, Smart TV and others
• Generate subscribers & revenue
• Responsible to find new customers
• Responsible as a relationship manager for all business services
• Find new content source which applicable for share or free content

Job Requirement :

• Candidate must prosess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
• Have minimum 3 years experience working in Media Industry (Android TV, Internet, Smart TV)
• At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta
• Preferably have experience working in B2B sales

3. Geotech Section Head

Job Responsibility :

• Perform regular checks every day on indications of slope instability (crack, bugling, heaving, and buckling) for pit areas, IPD, ODP, and mining roads
• Perform periodic collection of SPT test data in IPD at landfill locations to conform with predetermined geotechnical parameters
• Supervise landfilling work to comply with established landfilling work to comply with established landfilling procedures
• Conduct daily supervision and inspection for the installation of a slope stability monitoring device
• Perform calculations and recommendations for safe work slopes and perform back analysis in case of landslides
• Implementing K3LH regulatory policies in all work aspects

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor degree in Geological Engineering, Mining Engineering or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experince in the same field
• Have POP/POM certification
• Have good communication skills and be able to work in teams
• Have knowledge in mining business process and laws & regulations
• Have knowledge in open pit geotechnical engineering
• Have knowledgee of lithology and rock’s nature
• Familiar with MineScape, Supac, Rocscience, Slide and AutoCAD
• Willing to be placed in Jambi

4. Land Acquisition Team Leader

Job Responsibility :

• Plan and complie a land acquisition strategy for each target area for land acquisition accroding to company policy
• Conducting scheduled and measured negotations with land owners for each target area for land acquisition accrording to company policy
• Improve the company’s harmonious relationship with external parties, especilly land owners
• Improve the performance of implementing CSR/PPM programs in the community
• Ensuring K3L and SMKP are running well
• Ensure that the conditions in which the company’s activites located are conducive

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor degree in Law
• Minimum experience in the same field for 5 years
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Excellent problem solving and time management skills
• Quickly adjust to local conditions
• Willing to be placed in South Sumatera

5. Geotech Specialist

Job Responbility :

• Monitoring slopee stability of pit and disposal with peg monitoring (prisma), extensometer, and visual observation
• Analyzing slopee stability of all pit design and disposal with Geotechnical software for slope stability (ex ; slope with slide/plaxis)
• Scanning mapping Geotechnical (determine and measure strike/dip of joint, fault, fold, and crack)
• Make back analyze slope stability to open pit, diversion,and disposal design in-pit dump or out-pit dump
• Provide weekly and monthly report of observation geotechnical hazard and crictical (hazard map and critical potential area failure)
• Supervise drilling geotech activities such as full core sample, SPT and CPT

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor degree in Geology, Mining or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in geotechnical open pit especially in coal mining
• Competent or able to use slope stability software analysis
• Willing to be placed in South Sumatera

6. Geotech & Geology Section Head

Job Responsibility :

• Perform coal calculations every month form the model vs pickup survey data
• Evaluate coal quality from time model vs coal quality every month
• Make a drill point plan and create a budget for expansion
• Interpret drill data and model coal to be mined using software
• Prepare coal quality data that will be mined every month
• Monitor coal extraction in the pit

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor degree in Geological Engineering or Mining Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field
• Have knowledge and are able to operate modeling & visualization software (ex : Minescape, Surpac or similiar)
• Have knowledge of coal modeling and coal lithology
• Good self-management skills and ability to think strategically
• Have good communication and are able to work in teams
• Understand the mining operational process
• Willing to be placed in South Sumatera

7. Geotech Pit Team Leader

Job Responsibility :

• Providing soil and rock material model
• Conducting geotechnical short team long term analysis related some of slope stability project for fulfillment properties material base on operational mining pit sequence
• Develop a discrussion or mitigation with other section from geotechnical perspetive to achieved good prodction target base on kapmen 1827/K and company regulation
• Ensure and manage of geotechnical risk management in pit and disposal, to advice on safety and production and recommend mitigation of the risk
• Conduct all geotechnical assessment (design of optimum flow to maximize economic) and ensure that accurate and appropriate information is available for use in management decision

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor degree in Geology & Geophysics, Mining, Civil and Survey
• Minimum 5 years extensive experience and proven skills in geotechnical, ideally involving operations in mining environments
• Understanding geotechnical concept open pit and disposal and also manage of geotechnical risk management
• Good knowledge of geotech, geology engineering, and geohydrology (especially aquifer system geohydrology model, slope monitoring system)
• Excellent knowledge of equpment monitoring interfaces
• Solid planning and schedulling skills to develop both short and long term intiatives
• Analytical, problem soving skills together with mechanical aptitude to solve technical difficulties (troubleshooting, geomechanic laboratory test)
• Able operate engineering and geotechnical software
• Leadership to direct and successfully motivate the team
• Having skill negotation and technical interpretation
• Groundwater level interpretation
• Good writing and Spoken English
• Blasting interpretation

8. External Relation Specialist

Job Responsibility :
