1. Senior Process Engineer and Junior Process Engineer (SPR and JPR)
Jobs Brief :
- We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to be responsible for the process design in Gas Transportation and Metering system, successful candidate will be able to design, simulate, calculate proses gas for transportation such us pipeline and separation proses.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate and Simulate proses for gas pipeline, separation and purification for sales gas.
- Develop Piping Instrument Diagram and Process Flow diagram include HMB
- Preparing sizing for the process equipment
- Producing document related with proses system, such us line list, line size, datasheet
- Conduct safety analysis as project requirement such us : dispersion, HAZOP, HAZID
- Coordinate with Junior Process Engineer and other discipline engineer related with engineering document.
- Preparing document for approval for construction, including discuss with PMC or Client.
- Review sizing document from vendor during procurement stage.
- Monitoring and reviewing engineering activities: Basic Engineering (including Process Design Package performed by Licensors), Detailed Engineering of Project (including Vendors Design/Engineering).
- Review and comment on the engineering document submitted by EPC Contractor to ensure design objectives are met and to ensure that all engineering works meet the applicable and required standards and specifications.
- Manage the interfaces of the overall project and all tie-ins between new equipment/systems and the existing ones to ensure good integrity.
- To provide information, professional calculation for verifying purposes that may be required by Owner during engineering phase.
- To ensure that the selected materials for design objectives and their corrosion allowances are best fit for working condition and in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
- To monitor all engineering to ensure that it is in accordance with applicable codes and standards, and that all design objects met process functions, and their selected materials and corrosion allowance are in accordance with process conditions, correct stress analysis and the existing system requirements.
- To advise client on HAZOP to ensure that process safety and operability are met.
- To assist client and participate in verifying the cross-check of Contractor engineering disciplines to ensure the good design.
- To assist client to provide operational input as it may impact the engineering design.
- During the construction and commissioning phase, candidate must check and verify all installation and make sure to coordinate all interfaces, report progress and problems, participate in mitigation plan and propose solutions.
Requirement :

2. Senior and Junior Pipeline Engineer (SPL/JPL)

- The person in this position will manage and perform engineering tasks for gas and oil pipeline projects ocated in East Java and Sumatra, that typically include station upgrades, relocation and protection of existing pipelines, routing of proposed pipelines, pipe sizing, documents, and trenchless construction design. Qualified individuals will have strong engineering design experience related to pipeline systems engineering, system integrity, and construction or experience related to piping in the natural gas and oil sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing detailed engineering design of gas, hazardous liquids, crude oil, slurry and other pipeline systems projects including design of trenchless crossings (Manual Bore, Auger Bore, HDD)
- Preparing detailed engineering of pipeline facilities including regulation and meter runs, pig launchers, interconnects, relief systems, measurement systems, compressor station piping systems, gas conditioning systems, pump station, etc.
- Participating in field/ site walks coordinate field investigation work for surveys,utility investigations, cathodic protection in support of the pipeline design effort.
- Produce and check deliverables, which may include: design calculations, procedures, analyses, progress reports, bid evaluations, study reports and various third-party submissions.
- Coordinate pipeline engineering support to the execution of multi-discipline projects in line with defined budget and schedule.
- Review and coordinate the alignment of pipeline.

3. Senior and Junior Piping Engineer (SPP/JPP)

- You will be responsible for design efforts (i.e. design calculations, drawings, specifications and technical review of the works, etc.) working closely with the Lead Mechanical Engineer, Pipeline Engineer to ensure timely, cost effective and fit for purpose engineering and design output complying with the project’s cost and schedule constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing detailed engineering piping design of gas, hazardous liquids, crude oil, slurry, fire water and other piping system.
- Knowledge and experience in using CAESAR II Stress analysissoftware
- Perform design quality checking of other stress engineer’s calculations, line list and specialty items.
- Discussion, check and review piping plot plant, isometric from piping designer or juniorpiping engineer.
- Manage and coordinate the design effort of team reports to achieve satisfactory outcomes (project performance).

4. Senior Civil Engineer (SCE)

Act as a senior, advanced engineer responsible for technical development in the Civil Engineering Department.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing detailed engineering for Civil works, such us platform calculation, pipe support, building and equipment foundation.
- Review works from junior engineer and drafter.

- As a Junior Civil Engineer, you will be part of an integrated engineering team providing engineering services for large and small capital projects. Working closely with our Senior Engineers and Designers, the Junior Civil Engineer will act as a technical resource on challenging projects and will be assigned to work closely with experienced engineers who will provide guidance and mentoring.

6. Mechanical Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the efforts of the selected contractors to perform deliverables, ensuring that the contractors perform diligently all their obligations under the contract (safety, quality, schedule and cost).
- During the engineering phase, review, comment, verify and follow up all engineering documents and deliverables, submitted by other consultants or contractors, to ensure design objectives are met as per the codes and standards, respecting the requirements.
- Provide technical supervision, methods, procedures, standards and quality control when engineering works are developed.
- Review, verify, and approve all constructability documents prepared and submitted by the Contractors.
- Participate in monitoring manufacture and witness shop test of major materials and equipment.
- Participate in inspection of the materials, equipment quantity and quality to ensure that they meet the project specifications and standards if required.
- Prepare the document for HAZOP/HAZID/SIL workshop and attend these workshop meetings.
- Advise on HAZOP/HAZID/SIL & other HSE items to ensure that process safety and operability are met.
- During the construction and commissioning phase, check and verify all installations and make sure to coordinate all activities, report progress and issues, participate in mitigation plan and propose solutions.
- Verify the quality of construction works and carry out quality assurance audits as necessary.
- Identify problems and non-conformance on site and list corrective actions to be taken.

- The person in this position responsible for coordinating between instrument engineers and other disciplines, coordinating with clients and obtaining approval from clients to carry out construction work. the main work deals with instruments for oil and gas stations, metering systems, instruments on pipelines and cathodic protection for pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Performs discovery work needed to identify instrument and electrical details forprojects
- Writes data sheets and specifications, works with vendors to procure instruments
- Develops scope of work, schedule, and cost for instrument related scopes for all projects including small expense projects and large capital projects.
- Participates in the project meetings, safety meetings, and other plant support relatedmeetings that help define and drive project outcomes
- Provides instrument expertise as needed for design, application, installation, checkout, operations, troubleshooting, and commissioning issues for instrumentation on projects
Requirement:
- You will have 7 years of professional experience for senior and 3 years for junior in the field of instrumentation and control engineering especially in Oil and Gas related industry.
- Experience working with unconventional resources would be an advantage.
- You will have achieved industry recognition through activities in professional societies and industrial organizations, such as ASME, ASCE, ASTM, API, NACE, SEI, and others. You will also be familiar with SCADA, DCS, and PCS systems.
8. Electrical Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and reviewing engineering activities: basic engineering (including process design package performed by licensors), detailed engineering of project (including vendors design/engineering).
- Review of design for existing system, modification detailed design/engineering on site and protectively identify problems.
- Review and make timely comment on the engineering document submitted by EPC contractor to ensure design objectives are met and to ensure that all engineering works meet the applicable and required standards and specifications.
- To manage the interfaces of the overall project and all tie-ins between new equipment/systems and the existing ones to ensure good integrity.
- To assist owner in obtaining, reviewing and commenting on the EPC contractor’s engineering drawing index.
- To provide information, professional calculation for verifying purposes that may be required by owner during engineering phase.
- To advise owner on HAZOP to ensure that process safety and operability are met.
- To assist owner and participate in verifying the cross-check of contractor engineering disciplines to ensure the good design.
- To assist owner to provide operational input as it may impact the engineering design.
