1. Office Operation – Jakarta Office

  • Providing and arrange consumable supply in the office, providing employee services support, providing office facility & equipment supply and oversee maintenance of office equipment, ensure all services are executed according to company standards, providing and monitoring office building management by physical checking.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar position.
  • Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
  • Experiences in technical support (such as electricity, civil engineering, etc).
  • Experiences in managing and maintaining office building and other facilities, such as stationary, desk-chair, Air Conditioning, etc.
  • Customer Service oriented.

2. Coal Sourcing & Logistic – Jakarta Office

  • Carrying out updated coal market analysis, building good relationships with stakeholders, providing a list of mining recommendations/prospects that have been reviewed in accordance with SOP. Supervise coal purchasing activities and commercial negotiation. Supervise and ensure the smooth operation of coal supply in accordance with the supply schedule in the coal purchase contract. Monitor the quality of the coal that has been purchased.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years experience on Coal Sourcing in Coal Mining Industries.
  • Preferable have good networking, commercial mindset, well informed on coal market update.
  • Good analytical thinking.
  • Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
  • Adaptable to changing requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).

3. Coal Blending & Inventory Planning Analyst – Jakarta Office

  • Improve planning, integration, and coordination in the Coal Supply Chain. Analyze Coal Production data for quantity and quality to meet Sales Team requirements. Prioritize safety, environmental compliance, and customer satisfaction in operations to deliver coal efficiently.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Statistic, Mining Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years experience on Coal Business Industry.
  • Good knowledge and experiences in Coal Supply Chain Management.
  • Familiar with data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Phyton, etc.).
  • Strong in Analytical, Leadership and Presentation skill.
  • Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).

4. HSEC System Development and Standardization – Jakarta Office

  • Develop HSEC system to support HSEC implementation mechanism through manually or digitalized approach to improve efficiency and provide HSEC corporate standard to ensure alignment of implementation in corporate and mine sites/business unit and fulfillment with HSEC related regulation, International and National standard, and best practice.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Safety, Industrial Engineering or Informatic Management.
  • Minimum 5 years experience on Coal Business Industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc), specially in VISIO application).
  • Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
  • Good in knowledge of ISO (9001; 18001; 45001;50001, etc.) and SMKP/SMK3.
  • Good in analysis of Environmental Impact Assessment, Mine Environmental Management, Mine Safety Management, Occupational Health Management, Business Process Management and SOP & System Development.
