Job Responsibilities:

  • Innovative and creative thinking in designing event strategies.
  • Handling in all aspects, as needed of event planning, preparation, and execution
  • Identify the brand activation’s requirements and expectations for each event.
  • Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.

3. Public Relation Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with new media contacts and maintain relationships with existing contacts (Media Gathering)
  • Manage media requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies (Media Relation)
  • Manage PR issues (Crisis Management)
  • Prepare and distribute press releases
  • Prepare, Submit and Analyze PR reports

  • Maintain relation with customers

5. Order Taker

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing drawings (design from Fit Out & as built drawing from tenant).
  • Responding to complaints addressed to the engineering department (distributing Work Order / complaints & ensuring complaints have been handled).
  • Supervise for testing according to M/E building standards by contractors.
  • Checking the handover of units.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Education D3 Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
  • Can operate / create drawings using AutoCAD applications.
  • Able to read drawings, related to the MEP of the building.

6. Purchasing Administration Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle administration and filling document.
  • Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for suppliers and equipment.
  • Maintain records of goods orders and received; procurement documentation, and all other pertinent information.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good in Administration, Excellent in Ms. Office.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work individually and work in a team.
  • Able to work under pressure, multiple task, and willing to work hard

7. Research Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out qualitative or quantitative research
  • Analyzing, translating and presenting results
  • Writing reports, including client recommendations
  • Advising how to make best results

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Mathematics, Social Science/Sociology, Property Development/Real Estate Management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain good relationship between Tenants and Building Management.
  • Receive and follow up complaints from the Tenants to be solved with good coordination with related department.
  • Keeping the facilities of the Tenants in order to remain properly.
  • Prepare and distribute of Tenants activity report to the management.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, All Major.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

9. Graphic Design

Job Responsibilities:

  • Present design concepts
  • Create visual elements such as original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message
