1. PAINTING ENGINEER

Qualifications :

• University degree in a Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering-related degree
• Minimum of 3 years as a Machining/Coating/Painting Engineer or related role
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Thorough knowledge of manufacturing concepts related to stress relief, shot blast and painting process
• Able to read of the mechanical Drawing
• Thorough knowledge of paint chemicals
• Able to create 3D design
• Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and customers
• Fluent in English
• Experience in improvement projects with Six Sigma or other methodology

2. SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER (FABRICATION)

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferably in engineering
• Minimum of 8 – 10 years of job-related experience
• An engineering or manufacturing background plus familiarity with manufacturing processes (specific on Welding) used to produce components and assemblies for Caterpillar Products
• Knowledge of shop operations and maintenance procedures
  Good presentation skills
• Good human relation/communication skills as well as possess the potential for leadership is required to develop a cooperative working relationship with others inside and outside of Caterpillar
• Solid ability to use and demonstrate statistical and problem-solving tools
• Knowledge of the tools and techniques of 6 Sigma methodology
• Quality engineering certification

3. ASSEMBLY ENGINEER

Qualifications :

• University degree in a Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering-related degree
• Minimum of 3 (three) years as a Manufacturing Engineer or related role
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Thorough knowledge of manufacturing concepts related to assembly process
• Thorough knowledge of Torqueing process
• Understanding hydraulic and electrical systems, schematics, diagrams, and drawings
• Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and customers
• Able to create 3D design
• Fluent in English
• Experience in improvement projects with Six Sigma or other methodology

4. TEST ENGINEER

Qualifications :

• University degree in a Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering-related degree.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Machining Engineer or related role
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Thorough knowledge of manufacturing concepts related to testing process
• Ability to read, and thorough knowledge of, mechanical drawings and related machining design requirements
• Thorough knowledge of Hydraulic Systems
• Machining programming experience
• Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and customers
• Ability to read hydraulic schematic diagram
• Ability to read of the electrical schematic diagram
• Able to create 3D design is a plus
• Have programming skill such as C/C++ or VB is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Experience in improvement projects with Six Sigma or other methodology

5. MACHINING ENGINEER

Qualifications :

• University degree in a Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering-related degree
• Minimum of 3 (three) years as a Machining Engineer or related role
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Thorough knowledge of manufacturing concepts related to machining process
• Able to read of the mechanical Drawing
• Understand GD&T concept
• Able to create or modify the Numerical Controls (NC) programming
• Able to create 3D design
• Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and customers

6. TOOLING ENGINEER

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related Technical degree
• Minimum of 5 (five) years experiences in mechanical design or tool design
• Proficient level English, communication and writing
• Proficient in 3D Drawing software, Creo is preferred, MS. Office, etc.
• Familiar with OHSAS standards related to heavy industry
• Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Having experiences in improvement projects with Six Sigma or other methodology is a plus
• Fluent in English
