1. Account Payable Staff

Responsibilities :

  • Verify the completness and correctness of all vendors documents including tax invoicing
  • Receiving processing, verify and reconciling invoice
  • Reconcile AP balance with vendor statment and identify long outstanding AP
  • Entry invoices that related to PO and non PO fixed asset transaction, employee disbursement and down payment
  • Follow up GR,PO, and all supporting documents needed
  • Identify the transaction that subject to withhold ing tax and decide it the appropriate rate to be used

Requirements :

    • Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting with minimum GPA 3.0
    • Minimum 1 year of working in consumer goods/ general industry
    • Sold understanding of basic bookeeping and accounting payable principles
    • High accuracy and detail oriented
    • Exprience in handling high administrative load
    • Good teamwork and communication skill

2. Billing Staff

Responsibilities :

  • Create daily invoice from SAP based on delivery order which have been done for franco & loco
  • Monitor and ensure all delivery order have been processed to be an invoice both franco and loco
  • Coordinate with logistic departement to collect all delivery order from shipment of franco
  • Coordinate with factory team to collect all delivery order from shipment of franco
  • Ensure that value added tax invoices are created and printed after the franco and loco invoice creation process has been completed
  • Coordinated with billing admnistration to send the invoice, value added tax invoice, and attacchment needed to costumer correctly
  • Coordinate with sales admin and sales team to settle all problems related with billing invoice

Requirements :

    • Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting
    • Minimum 1 year of working in consumer goods/ general industry
    • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets
    • High accuracy and detail oriented
    • Experience in handling high administrative load
    • Good teamwork and communication skill

3. Tax Staff

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare withholding Tax and VAT calculation
  • Prepare e-billing for tax payment
  • Submit monthly tax report (SPT)
  • Prepare tax reconciliation
  • Distribute withholding tax slip to vendor
  • Coordinate with AR & AP team to prepare and maintain VAT Output & VAT input
    Filling all tax document
  • Assist supervisor to preapare data for tax audit

Requirements :

    • Bachelor degree in Accounting/Tax
    • Minimum 1 year of working in consumer goods / general industry
    • Familiar with tax application (e-faktur,e-SPT,e-billing and e-filling)
    • Preferably have brevet A & B certificate
    • Experience in handle withholding tax and VAT
    • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets
    • High accuracy and detail oriented
    • Experience in handling high administrative load
    • Good teamwork and communication skill
