Lowongan Kerja Persija EVOS (Persija Esport) – Persija adalah singkatan dari Persatuan Sepakbola Indonesia Jakarta. Klub sepakbola yang berbasis di Jakarta ini melebarkan sayap di industri esports dengan mendirikan Persija Esports. Persija yang dijuluki Macan Kemayoran tertarik untuk berkolaborasi dengan tim esports terkemuka di Indonesia yang kebetulan dijuluki Macan Putih. Kolaborasi pertama Macan Kemayoran dan Macan Putih melahirkan tim PUBG Mobile yang mengejutkan, yaitu Persija EVOS. Penggabungan 2 tim ini diumumkan saat pertengahan laga Persija Jakarta melawan PSM Makassar hari Rabu, 25 Januari di stadion Patriot Candrabhaga, Bekasi.

1. VIDEOGRAPHER

Responsibilities :

Produce high – quality videos encompassing match high lights, player interviews, vlogs, and other exclusive content
Generate creative and innovative visual content to promote the team and foster fan engagement
Capture live events, tournaments, and behind – the – scenes footage
Ensure the delivery of real – time, engaging content during live broadcasts and esports competitions
Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with promotional campaigns and branding strategies
Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring it is in optimal condition for recording and editing purpose
Stay updated on the latest video production technologies and trends, recommending equipment upgrades when necessary
Implement feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the overall quality of video productions

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a videographer, preferably within the esports or gaming industry
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro)
Strong understanding of esports and gaming culture
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box

2. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & KOL SALES

Responsibilities :

Prospect potential clients to sell KOL services to brands and companies
Develop effective sales strategies to promote and sell KOL services
Build strong relationships with prospective clients, identify their needs and goals
Present the benefits and added value of using KOL services to prospective clients
Negotiate sales contracts and business terms with clients
Identify new opportunities to grow the business and expand the market
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends related to marketing strategies
Stay updated on industry developments and identify new trends that can be leveraged as business opportunities
Build and maintain good business relationships with brands increase brand visibility and create trust through the utilization

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably on the KOL industry or digital marketing
Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Result – oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
