What is PMDP ?

PMDP is a program that designed to develop future leaders in the organization.
The program provides a comprehensive overview of our business and operations, with a focus on engineering and operation position.
You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects and gain exposure to various aspects

Responsibility :

Participate in a structured training program that includes classroom learning, on-the-job training, and mentoring
Placed through different departments within the company such as engineering or operation
Complete assigned projects and tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Develop a strong understanding of our products, processes and business
Demonstrate leadership potential and a commitment to continuous learning

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
Strong academic record
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Willing to be placed in Karawang Area
