Susi Air adalah maskapai penerbangan Indonesia yang dioperasikan oleh PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation dengan penerbangan berjadwal dan charter. PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation (Susi Air) berkantor pusat di Pangandaran, Jawa Barat, Susi Air beroperasi dari lima basis utama yaitu Jakarta, Medan, Kendari, Bandung, Balikpapan, Cilacap dan Sentani. Saat ini Susi Air mengoperasikan armada sebanyak 49 pesawat, terdiri dari 32 Cessna Grand Caravan C208B, 9 Pilatus PC-6 Turbo Porter, 3 Piaggio P180 Avanti II, 1 Air Tractor AT802 “Fuel Hauler”, 1 Piper Archer PA-28 dan 1 LET 410 untuk pesawat sayap tetap. Pengoperasian helikopter dimulai pada akhir tahun 2009 dengan 1 Agusta Westland Grand A109S dan 1 Agusta Westland Koala A119Ke bergabung dengan armada pada bulan Maret 2010.

1. Management Trainee Legal

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree with GPA Minimum 3,5 from notable university
  • Minimum 1-year work experience
  • Good skill in making and analyzing company contracts
  • Able to handle company documents and permits
  • Good ability in handling legal issues, both civil and criminal
  • Be mindful and have discretion with sensitive information
  • Ability to communicate in written and spoken English
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
  • Intermediate in multitasking
  • Flexible in terms of working hours

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Legal Team on all issues related to Legal, Law, and Regulations, including but not limited to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Producing legal products needed and/or requested by the Company.
  • Act as an internal advisor for all staff related to legal matter
  • Any other assignment needed by the Company.

2. Flight Operations Officer (FOO)

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Aviation, Aeronautical engineering or relatable with GPA minimum 3,5 from notable university
  • Have a valid Flight Operation Officer (FOO) license.
  • Having a Dangerous Goods Type A license is an added value.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Understand flight regulations and procedures.
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate in English well.
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
  • Able to handle work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Flight planning, including flight route, fuel, applicable regulations and flight permits, etc
  • Supervision of weat her and flying conditions, including weather monitoring and updating information
  • Communication and coordination with the Pilot and collaborating with Air Traffic Control (ATC)
  • Monitoring flights, such as during real-time monitoring and being alert to handle emergency situations

3. Data Entry Officer

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a vocational high school diploma (SMK) or a bachelor’s degree in Administration, IT, or a related field is required.
  • Prior experience in data entry, administration, or database management is a plus but not required.
  • Fluency in Indonesian is required.
  • English proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter, verify, and update data in company databases and systems.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before submission.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical records as required.
  • Perform regular quality checks to identify and correct errors.
  • Assist in generating reports and extracting relevant data for analysis.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support data-related tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of company data.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
  • Ensures accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently.
  • Handles company data with discretion and follows security protocols.
  • Works effectively with colleagues to support operational needs.

4. Archive Keeper

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a vocational high school diploma (SMK) or a bachelor’s degree in Administration, IT, or a related field is required.
  • Prior experience in document management, archiving, or administration is a plus but not required.
  • Fluency in Indonesian is required.
  • English proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain financial documents in both physical and digital formats.
  • Ensure proper filing, labeling, and categorization of records for easy retrieval.
  • Monitor document retention schedules and dispose of outdated records as per company policy.
  • Assist in scanning, copying, and archiving financial paperwork.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with document security policies.
  • Collaborate with finance and administrative teams to support document requests.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
  • Ensures accuracy in document management and record-keeping.
  • Ability to manage and maintain structured archives efficiently.
  • Handles financial records with discretion and follows security protocols.
  • Works effectively with colleagues to support finance operations.
