1. Language Professional Staff (Mandarin)

Responsibilities :

• Project Management/专案管理
• Communicate & Cooperate with Different Stakeholders of the Company/与公司内部各单位沟通及合作
• Assist & Responsible for tasks and projects assigned by Supervisors/协助和负责主管安排的任务及项目

Qualifications :

• At least a bachelor’s degree or above/学士学历以上
• Language Capabilities: Mandarin (preferably HSK 5, ability to speak English is a huge advantage)   /语言能力： 中文 （通过汉语水平考试 5 级优先, 拥有英文沟通能力优势)

2. Export & Import Audit Staff

Responsibilities:

• Handle all internal and external audit activities.
• Conduct daily IT Inventory data examination.
• Conduct internal audit and the following approvement measures to reduce risk of violation against customs regulations and related ones.
• Provide, review, compare and analyze data for any internal or external needs such as Customs/ Tax audit.

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in international Trade or Any major.
• 2 years of proven working experience in Export and Import department in bonded manufacturing company.
• Familiar with Indonesian Customs’ regulation and others regarding bonded zones (Kawasan Berikat)
• Familiar with declaration process of customs document including BC 2.3, BC 3.0, and BC 3.3, BC 2.7, BC 2.6 1, BC 2.6 2, BC 4.0, BC 4.1 and BC 2.5.
• Familiar with IT Inventory system and CEISA4.0.
• Familiar with SAP system is a plus.
• Able to use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Having experience in conducting customs audit.
• Good analysis, problem solving and communication skills.
• Working placement for Serang.

3. Finance & Accounting Staff

Responsibilities:

• Develop Financial Reports & Statement.
• Develop Financial Analysis & Internal Audit.
• Develop a Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) report.
• Develop Fluctuation Sales & Report.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/Tax.
• Understand IFRS & PSAK, SAP Application.
• Good in English Spoken & Written (Minimum TOEIC 550/ TOEFL ITP 560)
• Good personality (responsible, optimistic)
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Familiar with the general of Journal and PPH is plus.

4. Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Development Specialist at Pou Chen Group Indonesia. The Specialist will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, employer branding, conducting interviews, and recruiting activities on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing skills.

5. Export & Import Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all of the Export and import process or responsible for Local export and import process in Bonded factory.
• Create a customs document (BC) of export and import process on system.
• Communicate with supervisor, marketing from factory, customs officer, and etc.
• Checking and make sure for Export and Import process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in international Trade or Any major.
• Proven 2 years of working experience in Export and Import Manufacturing company with Bonded Zone.
• Familiar with customs document of Oversea: BC 2.3, BC 3.0, and BC 3.3.
• Familiar with Local customs documents: BC 2.7, BC 2.6 1, BC 2.6 2, BC 4.0, BC 4.1 and BC 2.5.
• Familiar with IT Inventory system, PEB, and PIB system. SAP system is a plus.
• Able to use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with customs audit is preferred and plus.

6. Water Engineering Staff

Responsibilities:

• Process Management: Overseeing and optimizing the Aquaria process to maintain optimal performance and efficiency
• Quality Control: Conducting regular water quality checks and ensuring compliance with strict industry standards and regulations.
• Maintenance: Implementing and managing preventive maintenance programs for all Aquaria facilities and equipment.
• Data Analysis: Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on operational data to identify trends, optimize processes, and troubleshoot issues.
• Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Prior experience in water treatment or a related field is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong academic background will also be considered.
• In-depth understanding of the Reverse Osmosis process and knowledge of chemical, organic, and inorganic parameters for drinking water.
• Familiarity with government regulations and standards pertaining to clean water and drinking water.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A strong commitment to safety and a proven ability to follow safety protocols.
• Basic English proficiency.

7. Wastewater Treatment Plant Staff

Responsibilities:

• Optimizing Plant Performance: Monitoring and controlling wastewater treatment processes to achieve maximum efficiency and compliance with environmental regulations.
• Quality Assurance: Conducting regular water quality tests and analysis to ensure treated water meets stringent standards.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting equipment to minimize downtime and maximize plant reliability.
• Chemical Management: Safely handling and using chemicals to support the treatment process while minimizing environmental impact.
• Data Management and Reporting: Accurately documenting plant operations, preparing detailed reports, and analyzing data to identify trends and optimize performance.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
• Proven experience in wastewater treatment plant operations, including a strong understanding of chemical processes and water quality parameters.
• Familiarity with government regulations pertaining to wastewater treatment and environmental compliance.
• Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions effectively.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, for data analysis and reporting.

8. Engineering Project & Budget Control Staff

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed progress reports, including cost and budget analysis.

• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

9. ESH Leader

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of ESH programs, including safety, health, and environmental protection.
• Develop, implement, and maintain ESH policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular ESH inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Prepare and submit monthly ESH reports to headquarters, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage data related to waste management, water and air monitoring, and environmental permits in Web SIMPEL KLHK.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of ESH activities and performance.
• Assign and monitor tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and evaluate team performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety and Health, Public Health, or a related field.
• Proven experience in ESH management, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards and SMK3 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in AK3U (Occupational Health and Safety Management System Auditor) and other ESH-related certifications will be a plus.
