1. Art Director

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Lead and develop creative visual concepts aligned with brand goals.
  • Skilled in Motion Graphics, 3D Design, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Min. 5 years experience in agency, production house, or broadcasting.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and time management skills.

2. Motiongraphic Promo

Responsibilities:

  • Create 2D & 3D motion graphics from concept to final output for promo and media needs.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Anamorphic) and 3D software (Blender, 3ds Max, CAD).
  • Passionate about design and motion graphics.
  • Minimum 2 years experience, Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple projects.

3. Copywriter

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and engaging copy for TV promos, ads, digital content, and branded storytelling.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and execute campaign ideas.
  • Adapt messages across platforms (TV, social media, web, etc.) while maintaining brand voice.
  • Support production and script refinement during editing or shooting.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience as a Copywriter in creative, digital, or production environments.
  • Strong portfolio in ads, scripts, and campaign content.
  • Excellent writing skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia a plus).
  • Able to work collaboratively under tight deadlines.

4. Editor

Responsibilities:

  • Edit and produce creative, high-quality visual content for promo and media needs.
  • Collaborate with the team and ensure timely delivery aligned with brand standards.

Requirements:

  • Min. 5 years experience in editing (Adobe, Avid, Premiere Pro).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field.
  • Creative, collaborative, and open to feedback.
  • Willing to work overtime when needed.
