1. Warehouse Staff
Qualifications :
- S1 All Major
- Able to speak English
- Good in Ms. Office Excel and Math
- Detail oriented, excellent communication skill, and teamwork
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Freshgraduate are welcome
Job Descriptions :
- Manage the administrative and logistical aspects to ensuring smooth warehouse operations
- Maintaining accurate records of all stock levels
- Recording inventory movements
- Performing regular stock opname
- Supporting the overall efficiency of the warehouse
2. Staff Purchasing
Qualifications :
- D3/ S1 All Major.
- Have experience in purchasing is a plus.
- Proficient in Ms. Office Excel.
- Detail oriented.
- Able to work with tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Good English both written and verbal.
Job Descriptions :
- Process orders and payments of raw materials accoding to supplier.
- Follow up on ETD (Estimate Time of Deliver) and shipping documents.
- Create batch numbers for imported or local materials.
- Coordinate with the Customs team and forwarders.
- Handle NG (Not-Good) issues reported by QC team.
