1. Program Manager

Requirements :

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, Computer Engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
• Minimum 10 years work experiences as Program Manager in IT Field or similar role.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.

2. Project Manager

Requirements :

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, Computer Engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
• Minimum 5 years work experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master, facilitating Agile/Scrum teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications.

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years work experience as Security Architect or in a similar role.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Certified Ethical Hacker).

5. Security Architect

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatic Engineering, Information System, Computer Engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
• Minimum 5 years work experience as Security Architect or in a similar role.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Certified Ethical Hacker).

6. Data Architect

Requirements :

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatic Engineering, Information System, Computer Engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
• Minimum 5 years work experience as Data Architect including Leadership role or similar role.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional, AWS Certified Big Data – Specialty) are a plus.

7. Infrastructure Architect

Requirements :

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatic Engineering, Information System, Computer Engineering, Electro Engineering or a related field is often preferred.
• Minimum 5 years work experience as Infrastructure Architect or similar role.

8. Network Architect

Requirements :

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatic Engineering, Information System, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering or a related field is often preferred.
• Minimum 5 years work experience as Network Architect or similar role.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco Certified Design Professional, Juniper Networks Certified Design Associate) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.
• Expertise in configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, and other network hardware.
• In-depth knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Familiar with wireless networking technologies and standards.
• Proficient in network monitoring and optimization tools.

9. Cloud Architect

Requirements :

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatic Engineering, Information System, Computer Engineering or a related field is often preferred.
• Minimum 5 years work experience as Cloud Architect or similar role.

10. Business Analyst

Requirements :

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatic Engineering, Information System, Computer Engineering, Business Management or a related field is often preferred.
• Minimum 5 years work experience in creating, developing and recommending documentation plan and software specification.

11. Policy and Transformation

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years work experience in policy development, implementation and compliance monitoring.
• Certified related to policy and transformation is a plus such as Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Certified Public Policy Analyst (CPPA), Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, Master Black Belt) or similar.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading transformation initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Familiar with change management principles and methodologies.

12. Associate Business Analyst

Requirements :

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field is often preferred.
• Min 5 years work experience in customer service, customer relations, or a related field (as a QA/ Team Leader, SME/ Senior Agent/ ect)
• Certified related to customer experience is a plus such as Customer Experience Proffesional (CCXP), Certified Customer Service Professional (CSSP) or Certified Customer Experience Proffesional (CCEP)

13. Lead UX Designer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years work experience in professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects.
