1. Bags & Accessories Product Development Manager

Placement: Bandung

Responsibilities :

• Drive annual product line strategy, innovation pipeline, and category planning.
• Manage full product lifecycle.
• Lead SKU rationalization, pricing strategy, margin targets, and Go/No-Go decisions.
• Analyze product performance (sell-through, margin, feedback) and build action plans.
• Brief PD teams, align with Procurement on costing, and support Quality standards.
• Monitor market trends & consumer insights; translate into product opportunities.
• Support Go-to-Market readiness: USP, features, positioning, product training & launch packs.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment and manage seasonal product calendars.
• Lead stakeholder discussions and guide product development priorities.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product, or related fields.
• 3–5 years experience in Bags Product Management, Product Line, Product Development, or similar roles (Outdoor/Sporting Goods preferred).
• Strong analytical thinking, market insight, and commercial understanding.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams & end-to-end product cycles.
• Passion for outdoor industry and consumer-centric product creation.
• Excellent communication & decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.

2. Active Apparel Designer Specialist

Placement: Bandung

Responsibilities :

• Develop active apparel designs based on business direction, product briefs, and brand vision.
• Create design concepts, research, sketches, technical drawings, artwork, and detailed tech packs.
• Collaborate with Color Designers on color direction and seasonal collections.
• Partner with Material, Product Development, and Pattern Making teams to select suitable fabrics and components.
• Drive product development from concept, prototype, and sample stages through Pre-Production Samples (PPS).
• Ensure garment fit, functionality, and technical performance meet intended design standards.
• Support seasonal concept development and stay up to date with activewear and outdoor industry trends.
• Participate in product fittings, wear testing, and field testing activities.
• Gather feedback from users, athletes, experts, and internal stakeholders to improve product performance.
• Support product quality standards, sustainability initiatives, and production readiness.
• Assist in resolving design-related production issues and ensure smooth mass production execution.
• Prepare design presentations, maintain design documentation, and update internal systems and databases regularly.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Art, or a related field.
• Min. 2–3 years of experience in Activewear Design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of technical fabrics and materials.
• Solid knowledge of activewear garment construction, pattern making, and fit development.
• Experience creating technical specifications and managing product development processes.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in a cross-functional environment.

3. Performance Bags Designer

Placement: Bandung

Responsibilities :

• Design performance bags, packs, and luggage based on business direction, product briefs, and brand vision.
• Develop concepts from ideation to prototype, sample, and PPS approval.
• Create technical drawings, artwork, specifications, and tech packs.
• Collaborate with Color Designers on seasonal color direction and collections.
• Partner with Product Development and Material teams to ensure functionality, durability, and innovation.
• Conduct market research and gather feedback from users, athletes, experts, and internal stakeholders.
• Support product testing, design refinement, quality standards, and production readiness.
• Prepare design presentations and maintain clear, organized design documentation.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design, Art, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Bags, Packs, or Luggage Design.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of bag construction, materials, technical components, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience creating technical drawings, tech packs, and supporting product development.

4. Material Specialist (Woven & Knitting)

Placement: Bandung

Responsibilities :

• Ensure material and color quality throughout development and production stages.
• Evaluate fabric technical data, lab dips, and bulk color approvals to ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations to Product Development, Procurement, QA, and supplier partners.
• Collaborate with suppliers and mills to resolve material quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Support supplier evaluation, accreditation, and quality system implementation.
• Identify material risks early and recommend corrective actions to ensure product performance and consistency.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Min. 3 years of experience in material, textile, fabric, or color quality management within the apparel, footwear, bag, or outdoor industry.
• Strong understanding of fabric construction, dyeing processes, color evaluation, and quality standards.
• Knowledge of lab dip assessment, bulk color approval, and material testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

5. Apparel Product Development Sr. Officer

Responsibilities :
