TENANT RELATION + ADMIN STAFF

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree in any major
At least 2 years of working experience as administration
Age maximum 30 years old
Good communication in English both written and spoken
Good appearance and good communication skills, negotiation, handling complaint, service oriented, fast response and leadership
Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role. Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
Solid knowledge of office procedures
Excellent organizational skill and communication skill
Able to work under pressure, acts quickly, has a high sense of responsibility and can keep the deadline
Willing to work in Cikarang Area (Delta Mas)
Willing to commute/mutation/rotation to another Project Mall/other company within 1 group
Applicants must be willing to work in shift time/weekend/public holiday

Job Descriptions :

Conduct daily check list on tenant store condition include checks on physical condition (store front, store hygiene, tidiness of goods arrangement,, store poster promotion, etc) and store activities (store opening/closing hours, stock opname, etc)
Do daily check list on tenant store condition are in accordance with applicable regulations and actively coordinate with tenant if there an inappropriate
Identify, handling and actively coordinate regarding tenant complaint with Tenant Relation Team & other related department for completion action & improvement
Monitor and evaluate status of completion action regarding tenant complaint, ensure the complaint has been completed
Conduct daily checking to all operational area to ensure tenant operational runs smoothly and provide assistance if there is a problem
Provide and handle administration duties in tenant related such as correspondence, filing, forms, etc for support the smoothness tenant operational activity and updated sales tenant database
Maintain and update company database & regular reports and responsible to male request or report about budget. Distribute and office correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
Maintain good relationships with tenants and give support on their issues (boosting promo tenants, cross promotion tenant to tenants, design special program and coordinate with marcom team/PR to push tenants promo, get exposure, traffic, and sales)
Liaise and performing active communication with all internal parties in AEON MALL in order to run smoothly mall operation activity in order to reach customer satisfaction
