TENANT RELATION + ADMIN STAFF
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in any major
- At least 2 years of working experience as administration
- Age maximum 30 years old
- Good communication in English both written and spoken
- Good appearance and good communication skills, negotiation, handling complaint, service oriented, fast response and leadership
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role. Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Excellent organizational skill and communication skill
- Able to work under pressure, acts quickly, has a high sense of responsibility and can keep the deadline
- Willing to work in Cikarang Area (Delta Mas)
- Willing to commute/mutation/rotation to another Project Mall/other company within 1 group
- Applicants must be willing to work in shift time/weekend/public holiday
Job Descriptions :
- Conduct daily check list on tenant store condition include checks on physical condition (store front, store hygiene, tidiness of goods arrangement,, store poster promotion, etc) and store activities (store opening/closing hours, stock opname, etc)
- Do daily check list on tenant store condition are in accordance with applicable regulations and actively coordinate with tenant if there an inappropriate
- Identify, handling and actively coordinate regarding tenant complaint with Tenant Relation Team & other related department for completion action & improvement
- Monitor and evaluate status of completion action regarding tenant complaint, ensure the complaint has been completed
- Conduct daily checking to all operational area to ensure tenant operational runs smoothly and provide assistance if there is a problem
- Provide and handle administration duties in tenant related such as correspondence, filing, forms, etc for support the smoothness tenant operational activity and updated sales tenant database
- Maintain and update company database & regular reports and responsible to male request or report about budget. Distribute and office correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
- Maintain good relationships with tenants and give support on their issues (boosting promo tenants, cross promotion tenant to tenants, design special program and coordinate with marcom team/PR to push tenants promo, get exposure, traffic, and sales)
- Liaise and performing active communication with all internal parties in AEON MALL in order to run smoothly mall operation activity in order to reach customer satisfaction
