1. Recruitment Officer
Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct the recruitment process with the methods/tools that have been determined to ensure the employees who are accepted have the quality and competence in accordance with the needs of the position they occupy.
- Ensure the process and quality of the selection results are in accordance with the company’s needs .
- Ensure that all administration related to the selection process is available and complete in order to implement compliance with company policies.
- Provide opinions, suggestions, and assistance to users related to the results of employee assessments, to assist users in understanding the results of employee assessments in their work units.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Psychology (min GPA of 2.8)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Familiar with psychological selection tools and have good interviewing skill
- 1-2 years of working experience as Recruiter would be beneficial

2. Import And Custom Clearance Officer
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for performing all administrative duties for import and delivery of goods as well as to collect, archive and provide documents for procurement to support the project.
- Responsible for the compliance of the company’s procurement activities with the prevailing government regulations and laws as well as to verify the condition of the company’s procured assets to ensure all assets are according to specification.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree from all major with minimum GPA 3.25
- Min 3 years experience handling import documentation and asset management
- Experienced in maintain procurement system database to support import activities
- Good knowledge of government import and custom clearance regulation
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication skill (written & spoken) in English and Bahasa

3. Compensation & Benefit Superintendent
Job Responsibilities :
- Analyze compensation and benefits surveys to ensure competitive levels of company compensation and benefits.
- Develop a remuneration system in accordance with the company’s business strategy, taking into account Internal Fairness, External Competitiveness and Governance/Regulation Compliance.
- Conducting internal and external analysis of market conditions, especially regarding employee compensation and benefits to determine the company’s position in the market and to determine employee compensation and benefits adjustments.
- Carry out calculations and formulas regarding compensation and benefits adjustments that will be received by employees in the next fiscal year to suit external market conditions.
- Supervise the implementation of the remuneration system at the holding and subsidiary companies to ensure that the remuneration system runs in accordance with corporate policies and government regulations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Management, Engineering, or related background
- Min 5 years of working experience in Compensation & Benefit function
- Strong compentencies in Remuneration Management, Human Resources Information System: preferably SunFish or SAP, salary survey, and job analysis & job evaluation
- Good analytical thinking, high work standard, and detail oriented

4. CFPP Project Team
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage and control schedule, budget, cost, quantity survey and project performance to ensuring all aspects of work on Coal Fired Power Plant area are in compliance with project specifications and requirement (Project Management Plan).
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Engineering/ Construction Management/ Business Administration.
- Min 3 years of experiences handling project management or similar position.
- Good knowledge of Project Management Plan, such as managing compliance of utilities, jetty, off sites project specification.
- Able to work both independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication skill (written & spoken) in English and Bahasa.
- Willing to be located in Bulungan, North Kalimantan site (roster based).
5. CFPP Construction Team
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling both performance and progress on the construction of the plant civil/mechanical/electrical & instruments works in order to ensure the Coal Fired Power Plant construction is done according to appreciate specifications, design, schedule and safety requirements.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Have minimum 3 years experience in area of mechanical or electrical & instrument area of construction preferably in power plant projects.
- Have good competencies on construction methods and system analysis.
- Willing to be hired on contractual basis during the project.
- Willing to be located in Bulungan, North Kalimantan site (roster based).
6. Payroll Officer
Job Responsibilities :
- Excecute end-to-end payroll operations for employee’s compensation & benefit according to company’s policy to ensure employee’s benefit fulfilled properly in timely manner.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Engineering / Management / Accounting with min. GPA 3,00.
- Minimum 2 years of experiences as Payroll Supervisor or similar position in Payroll Operations.
- Mandarin Speaking ability is a must.
- Strong capabilities in Remuneration Management, Office Administration, and Tax Regulation.
- Having experience in liaise with BPJS, Banks/Financial Institution & Regional Tax Office.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
