1. ADMIN – GASING

Job Descriptions :

  • Review and control admin process and reprt recording with the SOP
  • Create and review the budget
  • Handle Petty cash
  • Review BKK and ensure the completeness of files for settlement to Finance and Accounting
  • Make a monthly petty cash report
  • Doing stock opname
  • Make a inventory movement report

Qualifications :

    • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Management
    • Minimum experience 1 year as a administration, finance, or accounting
    • Maximum 30 years old
    • Familiar with microsoft excel and microsoft word

2. CASHIER

Job Descriptions :

  • Monitor and perform day-to-day cash basis activity.
  • Act as custodian for post-dated cheque from customer and submit to bank for clearing per instruction from respective RMO.
  • Perform meaningful analysis and provide recommendation.

Qualifications :

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
    • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. SATPAM

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Melakukan pengamanan asset ditempat dia bekerja.
  • Melakukan tindakan pencegahan dari hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan di lingkungan tugasnya,dengan melakukan pengamanan secara maksimal.
  • Laporan dan pencatatan setiap aktifitas dan kejadian setiap hari di buku laporan atau buku mutasi.
  • Melindungi setiap orang yang berada di lingkungan tugasnya,dengan melakukan pengawasan segala aktifitas orang yang berada di lingkungan pengamanannya.
  • Membantu beberapa aturan perusahaan/organisasi yang berhubungan dengan keamanan dan kenyamanan dapat berjalan dengan baik.

4. MAINTENANCE PLANNER (MEDAN)

Job Descriptions :

  • Monitor fleet maintenance activities for physical transportation at Branch.
  • Managing administrative and reporting duties within own department.
  • Responsible for performing Safety, Health and Environment activities.
  • Facilitate development of competent human resource and conducive working environment.

Qualifications :

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Mechanical Engineering.
    • Required skills: Planning and Organizing, Problem Solving, Negotiation, Decision Making.
    • At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field.

5. HEAD FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & TAX (AKR SUBSIDIARY)

Job Descriptions :

  • Set up Finance, Accounting, and Tax procedure & policy
  • Prepare and submission financial on schedule time
  • Plan and manage the financial budgeting activities
  • Manage and control company daily operational the related with finance, accounting, and tax field
  • Enhance risk awareness culture and perform risk management activities within the day-to-day business process
  • Facilitate development of competent human resource and conducive working environment
  • Improve self-competencies through relevant and effective training and development program

Qualifications :

    • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in accounting/finance field, preferably with CPA (Certified Public Accountant) accreditation
    • Minimum 8 years experience, with 5 years experience in finance & accounting managerial positions or working experience as consultant
    • Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns, such as pph 21, pph 23, pph 25 & employee tax
    • Excellent in creating cash flow report, financial report (balance L/R), annual budget & company tax planning Certicate brevet A&B
    • Knowledge of tax software (e-SPT, e-Faktur & e-filling) and Ms Office software (word and excel)
    • Fluent in both spoken and written English

6. ROAD TRANSPORT SAFETY OFFICER (RTSO)

Job Descriptions :

  • Responsible to enforce Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policy in ensuring safe operation and maintenance, Conduct journey management activities for physical transportation, and Manage administrative and reporting duties within own department.

Qualifications :

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
    • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Work Location: Bitung – Manado (Sulawesi Utara)

7. OPERATOR TANK TERMINAL

Job Descriptions :

  • Responsible to monitor tank storage activities according to company SOP and SHE policy, including goods receiving and issuing tank stock opname, maintenance of facility and equipment to ensure smooth tank storage operation at Branch.

Qualifications :

    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma 3 (D3), Electrical or Mechanical.
    • Fresh Graduates are welcome
    • Work Location: Medan & Ciwandan (Banten)

8. IT DEVELOPER

Job Descriptions :

  • Create new software/ application/ report/ function, modify and upgrade existing software, to adapt it to business requirement changes or newhardware, or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance.
  • Perform Unit Test to ensure defect-free coding & to evaluate against functional & non-functional requirement.
  • Ensure the standard functions, objects, interface/ web service protocols are utilized to create standard development environment and to provide continued feedback to improve these standard objects.
  • Review on system patches/ notes to improve performance or to eliminate bugs and to perform code review as necessary.
  • Ensure the remarks/ notes within each product build/release are continually updated to reflect the current changes.

Qualifications :

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
    • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
    • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Experience with SOAP & Rest API Web Series
    • Ability to use one or more development language (Java, C#, .Net, Java Script, JQuery, HTML 5, etc.)
    • Add interactivity to a website with JavaScript / jQuery / CSS
    • Familiar with Progress Database and programming will be an advantage
    • Development for system integration/intefaces

9. HR & GA KALTIM

Job Descriptions :

  • Responsible for branch people fulfillment and effective talent acquisition
  • Identify local key channels to source candidates and develop the programs to do so effectively (e.g. top local universities etc.)
  • Seek for any potential candidate to fulfill vacant positions
  • Implement HR programs/guidelines from HO
  • Monitor high performance employee in own branch
  • Monitor employee coaching progress periodically
  • Ensure compliance to provincial employment regulations.
  • Periodically review and stay up to date to labor law and labor law issues.
  • Provide inputs to Industrial & External Relations HO on necessary adjustment on Employee relations policies and agreements (include industrial relation risk).
  • Maintain relations with relevant stakeholders to keep up to date with industrial relations matters.
  • Manage and maintain general affairs to support key business needs.
  • Manage office management and pool car.
  • Record and monitor office assets for non-capex.
  • Ensure branch permit & licenses compliance by managing the licenses & permit renewal process in accordance with guidance from head of license and permit.

Qualifications :

    • Maximum 35 years old
    • Minimum Bachelor Degree from Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related major
    • Experience in HR Generalist (minimum SPV level) for 5 years
    • Strong in HR & GA (Recruitment, Compensation & benefit, OD & People, Training, Industrial Relation)
    • Good communication skill & well organized
    • Placement at Balikpapan, Kaltim

10. INSTRUMENT ENGINEER

Job Descriptions :

  • Prepare basic and FEED Design Instrumentation & Control System, Term of Reference and Owner Estimate for bidding stage
  • Review Contractor Quotation (Technical), made technical evaluation prior commercial negotiation.
  • Review detail engineering design from Contractor such as ; Design Basis, Specification, Calculation,
  • Instrument Data Sheet, P&ID (Review), Filed Instrument (inline Piping), Architecture Control System, Logic
  • Diagram, Instrument Index and I/O List, Instrument Layout, Hookup Diagram, Material Take Off (MTO) & Cable Schedule.
  • Supervising or Support Construction Engineer at Site and Testing (FAT, Pre-Commissioning & Support for Commissioning) of Field Instruments & Control Systems

Qualifications :

    • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
    • Minimum experience 7 years as Instrument Engineer, especially from Oil & Gas Company
    • Have experience with Instrument experience control system (SCADA,Automation,ATG)
    • Experienced in Engineering Design, Supervision and Commissioning Testing in Field Instrumentation, Control
    • System and Automation Project for Tank Terminal, Oil & Gas and Others Industrial.
    • Good time management person and highly initiative person
    • Willing to be placed in all of AKR branches

11. OPERATION & MAINTENANCE WEST REGION

Job Descriptions :

  • Monitor day-to-day branch operations to ensure region wide timely deliveries of orders.
  • Plan and conduct operational audit to ensure operations are being done in accordance to SOP and SHE standards.
  • Ensure all trucks fulfill all permit and licenses requirements in respective region.

Qualifications :

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Economics, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
    • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in logistic / transport management

12. DRIVER TRUCK

Job Descriptions :

  • Responsible for delivery of goods in accordance with the route and schedule of delivery of goods, maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicle and work environment area, properly maintaining vehicle condition, and complying with company SHE policies.

Qualifications :

    • Education minimum Junior High School
    • Maximum age 35 years
    • Placement in Banjarmasin / Palaran / Semarang / Buntok
    • Has 3 years experience as a Truck Driver
    • Have a SIM B2 UMUM

13. SALES ADMIN

Job Descriptions :

  • Assisting sales team in taking sales order and preparing sales order / confirmation when sales person is not available according to Company SOP to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications :

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
    • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
    • Prefer candidate that domicile in Jakarta

14. SHE (STAGEN)

Job Descriptions :

  • Responsible for maintaining healthy and safety working environment in AKR premises according to SOP and SHE standards.
  • Resolve any SHE issues escalated by operations team.
  • Act as Emergency Response Team (ERT) for any SHE accident in branch and escalate directly to SHE in HO and other relevant parties.

Qualifications :

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety (K3)
    • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Work Location: Stagen, South Kalimantan

15. SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Decriptions :

  • Responsible for conducting sales activities for customers included in the assigned customer portfolio, include prepare individual sales planning, handle sales order processing, maintain relationship with existing and/or prospective customers to achieved sales target.

Qulifications :

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
    • At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Supervisor specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
    • Full-Time position(s) available.
    • Having Driving License (SIM A) is required.

16. OILER (AKR SEA TRANSPORT)

Qualifications :

  • Education Rating as able seafarer engine
  • Have exp as oiler di at tanker vessel / SPOB min 1 years
  • Having cetificate : BOCT
  • Maximum 40 years old

17. MARINE SUPERINTENDENT (STAGEN)

Job Descriptions :

  • As a Ship’s Technical Superintendent, you would be required to monitor the vessel movements daily.
  • In this job you may be required to supervise operations and monitor vessel condition and ship’s staff compliance with management policies, international, state or local Maritime regulations.
  • The Ship Technical Superintendent is responsible for all technical and operational related issues, including correspondence. You will be directly responsible for ensuring all procedures are adhered to and comply with
  • International safety management (ISM), classification society rules, and Maritime insurance.

Qualifications :

    • Candidate must possess at Min ATT2
    • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Ideally applicants will have previously sailed at sea as a chief engineer or a 2nd engineer.
    • Having supporting Certificate as seaman at Tanker Vessel
    • Having a good knowlegde about Docking & Overhauling Plan.
    • Available doing maintenance at Vessel
