Dalam memproduksi produk-produk berkualitas untuk konsumen, Saat ini PT Kao Indonesia memiliki dua fasilitas produksi di Cikarang dan Karawang serta Logistic Center.

1. Area Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales activity plan, implement and monitor the details per annum / quarterly / monthly / weekly.
  • Lead, coach and direct salesman to achieve sales target.

Job requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates or entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Have pleasant personality, good communication skill, and strong leadership.
  • Have good command in English.
  • Challenged to achieve target, creative, able to work under pressure and independent.
  • Have driving license (SIM A).
  • Willing to travel and to be placed all over Indonesia.
  • Placement Palembang, Surabaya, Makassar, Kalimantan

2. Learning and Development Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Produce training materials for in-house courses.
  • Manage end-to-end learning program such as module development, delivery, evaluation, and report.
  • Design and expand learning & development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
  • Identify learning & development needs within an organization through job analysis and regular consultation with department head.
  • Work in team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as section head and department head.
  • Consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any learning or development program is becoming increasingly important.
  • Develop effective induction program.

Job requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’ degree from any major.
  • Priority had experience to handle corporate training, minimum 4 years as a trainer.
  • Has good interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people’s attitude when necessary.
  • Written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advice others clearly.
  • Initiative and ability to offer new ideas.
  • Organizational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadline and objectives.
  • Good time-keeping skills to enable you to effectively manage Learning & Development schedules.
  • Personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills.
  • Effective in both spoken and written English.

3. Data Processing Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Using the ‘software’ to prepare and process survey data for tabulation.
  • Data cleaning and validating using the ‘software’.
  • Running bespoke project analyses for consulting groups.
  • To ensure all reporting and management requests are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Data analyze.

Job requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from Information System, Informatics Engineering, or Statistics.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, SPSS.
  • Having 1-2 experiences in market research data processing / analysis / tabulation.
  • Having excellent communication skills, analytical and numerical skills, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong initiative, negotiation skills, attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver results, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
  • Having excellent customer focus and handling skills.

4. Brand Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Execute & monitor brand activity & campaign (ATL, BTL, Digital).
  • Manage partner (Agency, vendor, EO).
  • Create brand & competitor report & analysis.
  • Visit to monitor & understand real market situation.

Job requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, Marketing, Science, Mass Communication or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but preferably having minimum 1-2 years of working experience in brand marketing of consumer goods.
  • Fluent in Ms. Office (excel, words, power point).
  • Proactive attitude and adherence to deadlines.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovative.
  • Excellent in numerical skills.
  • Analytical minded, effective communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Internal Audit Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preliminary checking before fieldwork.
  • Perform fieldwork audit.
  • Report audit result and propose recommendation the weakness of company operation.
  • Learning and dig the information of the current, updated, and new policies, procedure and process rules.
  • Improve the internal working paper used.
  • Propose improvement procedures.
  • Monitor the remediation done for the audit result.

Job requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
  • At least having 1-2 years of working experience in Audit / Accounting.
  • Fast learning, work in detail, multi-tasking, teamwork, logic & analytics, like to dig and explore.
  • Have knowledge & experiences using SAP and experience audit for manufacture & distribution company are preferable.
  • Fluent in English.

6. Product Development Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Running PD project such as conduct consumer survey, create product concept, register the product, evaluate prototype, evaluate product design, printing, launching, and coordinate the project.

Job requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Management, Industrial / Chemical Engineering or Pharmacy.
  • Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply, but having 3-4 experiences in papers (sanitary napkin, baby diapers, adult diapers, make up remover sheet, blotting paper, etc) is a plus.
  • Good communication, logical and analytical skill.
  • Can working independently and team work.
  • Able to work on detail.

7. Health, Safety, and Environment Executive

Responsibilities:

  • To arrange and conduct HSE activities to achieve target and meet with budgeted cost.
  • To ensure alignment of HSE activities with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, standard, and regulation requirements by PDCA cycle.

Job requirements:

  • Candidate are required from Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate in Safety & Environment / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering.
  • Preferable 1 year of working experience in the related filed is required for this position.
  • Familiar with ISO.
  • Effective communication skills, written, oral, listening and basic communication in English.
  • Can work in a team and independent.
  • Willing to work in Cikarang Factory.

8. Packaging Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Development of new or improve packaging material
  • Able to build a strong collaboration with related parties.
  • Evaluate, analyze, make a recommendation and conclusion of all matters related to packaging development or issues.

Job requirements:

  • Candidate are required from Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
  • Preferable 1-2 years of working experience in Packaging or Quality Assurance (Fresh Graduate are welcomed to apply).
  • Effective communication skills, written, oral, listening and basic communication in English.
  • Willing to work in Cikarang Factory.
