COAL HANDLING OPERATION SUPERVISOR

Job responsibilities

  • Arrange scheduled assignments for unloading, stockpiling, loading and blending activities, and socialize them to related operators
  • Overseeing operational activities of unloading, stockpiling, loading and blending, and providing technical guidance to operators in solving problems and / or following through
  • Ensure the process of unloading, stockpiling, loading & blending run orderly and regularly and meet the provisions of K3LH
  • Identify potential damage / hazards during the operational process and perform handling in accordance with established procedures, including coordinating with the maintenance for handling problems in the equipment
  • Lead emergency response action whenever critical condition occurs that endanger the facility's operational continuity
  • Ensure the cleanliness of heavy equipment / plant located in the area of ​​work responsibility
  • Prepare operational activity report to Coal Handling Manager

Job requirement

  • Bachelor Degree from Mining, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Have min 2 years experience in Power Plant or Coal Handling Operation Supervisor
  • Have knowledge on stockpiling, loading management and heavy equipment operation 
  • Have good leadership, analytical and communication
  • Willing to be located in Batang – Central Java

HR OFFICER

Job responsibilities

  • As HR Generalist, performing and facilitating all HR activities: recruitment and selection, compensation & benefit and Employee & Industrial Relations
  • Managing good communication with stakeholders: top management, line managers, employees, other HR function and other departments
  • Performing role as HR in attracting and retaining talents
  • Performing HR related reporting, analysis and administration

Job requirement

  • Min Bachelor Degree in any major, with min GPA 3.0
  • 3 to 5 years experience in HR field, with solid track record in managing recruitment and selection, compensation & benefit and Employee & Industrial Relations
  • Good communication, influencing and interpersonal skill
  • Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skill

PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Job responsibilities

  • Conduct procurement activities of goods and services in accordance with the procedures including in the evaluation of vendors / suppliers and implementing administrative activities to support the course of operational activities
  • Checking goods that will be ordered to supplier in the form of price, quality, quantity, delivery, payment terms and make CQS
  • Prepare PO / WO accompanied with supporting documents such as PR / WR, quotation, contract so that the process of purchasing goods or use of services can take place according to procedure
  • Negotiate for procurement of goods / services
  • Ensure the fulfillment of legal documents related to goods / services that, for example: licenses, import documents, certification and so on
  • Coordinate the delivery of goods in order with the delivery service
  • Ensure insurance coverage clauses and or product warranty for every procurement of goods requiring insurance coverage
  • Ensure the goods are received by the authorities and on time at the site
  • Recording, inventory control and monitoring goods in and out of the warehouse
  • Conducting office and mess needs on site and keeping track of their usage

Job requirement

  • Bachelor Degree from Any major with min GPA 3.00
  • Have min 3 years experience as Purchasing / Procurement Staff
  • Good procurement knowledge, negotiation and communication skills

COAL HANDLING MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT

Job responsibilities

  • Establish system and procedure of maintenance / repair in Electric and Mechanical, electrical network, communication network and information system technology and maintenance of power generation / generation, machine (crane, conveyer belt), heavy equipment (unit), vehicle (vehicle) associated with the process of stockpiling & loading coal and socializing it to the supervisor concerned
  • Review maintenance plans and evaluate the implementation of maintenance activities by Electric, IT, UTL, Crane, Mobile Equipment, Fixed Plant Supervisor and provide priority improvement directions, as well as follow-up supervision of maintenance / repair implementation
  • Reviewing the implementation of maintenance / repair activities to identify problems and provide technical guidelines for handling problems and / or follow-up to the relevant Supervisor
  • Ensure that the entire maintenance section process meets the K3LH provisions
  • Coordinate with Operation Section Head to identify operational needs for maintenance / repair of Electricity, IT, Utility, machine / heavy equipment and / or coordinate maintenance findings as to be observed by Operation when operating machinery
  • Coordinate with the consultant / provider in handling / following up the problem of improvement that requires the assistance of the consultant / provider
  • Coordinate with Warehouse / Logistic Section in terms of fulfillment of equipment / spare parts for maintenance / repair
  • Ensure maintenance / repair activities of networks and electrical instruments, communication networks and information systems technology take into account the safety and security aspects
  • Delivering progress report on maintenance activities to Coal Handling Manager and recommendation for maintenance/repair activities management including new equipment/technology purchase recommendations.

Job requirement

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF (CONTRACT BASED)

Job responsibilities

  • To verify and journaling the invoice
  • Preparing vouchers for payment to the vendor
  • Submission for approval of payment
  • Preparing data and documents for the Tax Department
  • Preparing data for HR Department
  • Preparing the accrue data
  • Filling the payment voucher.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor Degree from Accounting

WELDER TECHNICIAN

Job responsibilities

  • Responsible to conduct the welding activities on the power plant equipments to support the maintenance activities.
  • To check the material damage based on work order given by maintenance department.
  • To conduct the welding activities as well as NDT prior giving material back to maintenance team.
  • To keep and maintain all equipments in workshop in well functioned.
  • To keep and fulfill the repairement material in workshop 

Job requirement

  • Minimum education background Vocational High School majoring in mechanical.
  • Min. 2 - 4 years experience in welding from similar industry.
  • Having welder certificate from Depnaker is mandatory.
