1. Front Office Agent
Job Descriptions :
- Provide excellent service to the tenants
- Coordinate all incoming requests, complaints and inquiries that will be distributed to the related departments
- Establish good communication and relationship with the tenants
- Maintain latest tenants database and update the latest tenants informations
Qualifications :
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Hospitality Management
- Fluent in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken. Having other international language will be a plus point
- Knowledge in front office operations
- Customer service oriented
- Proficient in operating computers
2. Customer Experience Admin
Job Descriptions :
- Prepare reports on administrational and financial matters of the Customer Experience Dept. correctly.
- Implement standards of financial and operational system.
- Conduct sufficient supervision towards all administrational and operational work and assignments conducted by Customer Service associates with assistance of Customer Service Supervisors and Coordinator.
- Maintain the availability of all office and operational supplies, stationary, other goods, and the arrangement of filing system.
- Prepare periodical reports including overtime reports, monthly schedule of the Customer Service Team and finalize working reports prepared by associates.
- Perform all kind of service standard and Standard Operating Procedure determined; i.e. greeting standard, telephone manner, etc. to ensure excellent service.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) Degree, preferably in Secretary/Administration/Business Administration/English Literature.
- Minimum 1 year of experiences in the similar field.
- Proficiency in computers, especially Microsoft Office
- Excellent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
- Nice personality/behavior.
- Good administration skill.
3. CCTV Staff
Job Descriptions :
- Ensure all the CCTV cameras work well
- Monitor the operational system of CCTV cameras in Mall in accordance with the Security procedures
- Ensure that the control room and all equipment are maintained property at all times
- Identify any potential problems and notify the management, i.e, crime or any suspicious things through CCTV monitor
- Ensure the recording accuracy of all events and actions monitored from all control room, including the maintenance of daily logs
- Ensure that all files are stored securely under the Data Protection regulations and maintained by Security
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent with minimum of 2 year of experience as CCTV Operator at Mall, Hotel, Residences of similar property
- Certified of Gada Pratama or any equivalent combination of certification
- Skilled in the operation of modern office equipment, computers, software, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Have a good knowledge of the operation of CCTV equipment
