1. Talent Management and Assessment

Job Descriptions :

  • Create profiling reports for Key Talents to provide valid profiling recommendations and complete documentation reports
  • Organizing a series of activities or activities intended for Key Talent & Early Talent in order to build engagement and commitment
  •  Organizing budgets, policies and provisions for all team building & engagement activities for all work units
  • Identify, create and review sub-competencies of main competencies, then map competency matrices for all positions
  • Identify and propose reliable assessment tools (including talent, cognitive, personality areas) in assessing potential candidates to accommodate the employee recruitment process and talent management process
  • Conduct assessments for employees and interpret the results to ensure continuity between candidate competencies and the position
  • Hold counseling sessions to facilitate employees with complaints related to psychological health
  • Provide understanding for leaders based on input from counseling sessions to clarify issues for further actions to be achieved
  • Contribute to creating standards and increasing emotional stability in the work environment
  • Implement campaigns related to mental health in the workplace by creating regular content that is communicated internally

Requirements :

  • Master’s Degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology
  • Minimum 3 (three) years of working experience in a related field or have experience in making assessment reports
  • Proficient in Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Understand psychological measuring tools and the creation of competency documents
  • Creation of assessment reports

2. Compensation & Benefits

Job Descriptions :

  • Manage the administration of variable pay programs, ensure accurate calculations, and timely payouts.
  • Analyzing compensation data and trends to make informed decisions and recommendations regarding compensation adjustments, benefits changes, and other reward-related matters.
  • Ensuring that all compensation and benefits programs comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Support the annual budgeting process by providing data and insights related to compensation costs and trends.
  • Deploy effective communication strategies and success metrics in relation to rewards system to the employees.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 3-4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience in compensation and rewards management, preferably within the financial services industry or banking industry.
  • Proficiency in compensation analysis and benchmarking tools, HR information systems (HRIS), and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Proactive mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to enhance compensation and rewards programs.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.

3. Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) – Head Office

Job Descriptions :

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.
  • Establishing and driving HR programs/talent initiatives forward
  • Participate in the continual development of HR programs, including recruiting, retention, and culture engagement
  • Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g. employee satisfaction surveys) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions
  • Manage various HR projects and act as key advisors to the leadership team to influence positive change in the business

Requirements :

  • Bachelors’ Degree with minimum 3-4 years of experience in the field.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communications skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively within different type of stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging trends in Employee Relations, Manpower Planning, and Industrial Relations
  • Advanced analytical and objective critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively summarize and present information.

4. Human Resources Business Partner (HRPB) – Solo

Job Descriptions :

  • Facilitate the resolution of problems related to industrial relations or employees in a work unit
  • Disseminate Human Resource policies to ensure information is conveyed to each individual
  • Receive issues related to employee needs and development and convey this information to HR team
  • Checking of employee data both quarterly and semesterly related to manpower projection, orientation, on/off-boarding, exchange of positions to ensure compliance with SOPs and company plans
  • Track employees to ensure work performance is in line with employees and work units
  • Identify issues that occur to employees to superiors/related parties when employees resign/termination or retention
  • Coordinate with other HR division teams to ensure that all matters relating to training, development, orientation, workforce fulfillment, industrial relations go according to plan
  • Coordinate with third parties (Outsourcing) regarding invoices, issues and employee recruitment
  • Checking and monitoring administrative transfers of employees/promotions/demotions to ensure compliance from the administrative side (tickets, letters, etc.)

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in related roles
  • Good communication and excellent problem solving skills
  • Familiar with  Manpower and Industrial Law
  • Skilled in Employee Relations, Manpower Planning, Data Analysis, Training and Development, and Industrial Relations
