MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM – BATCH 2
1. MT WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR
Job Description:
- Responsible for leading and managing the workshop at Astra Daihatsu branches.
- Responsible for ensuring all workshop processes in the branch run smoothly according to SOPs.
- Responsible for driving the branch to meet its unit entry target.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering:
- Mechanical
- Electrical
- Industrial (or other relevant majors)
- Passionate about working in the automotive industry and ambitious to become a leader.
- Willingness to be stationed throughout Indonesia.
- Have a business sense and a drive for results.
2. MT ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR
Job Description:
- Responsible for the registration of accounting at Astra Daihatsu branch.
- Responsible for creating and budgeting business plans for branch.
- Responsible for ensuring all administrative processes in the branch run smoothly according to SOPs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in:
- Economics/Finance
- Accounting
- Management
- Administration
- Passionate about working in the automotive industry and ambitious to become a leader.
- Willingness to be stationed throughout Indonesia is a MUST.
- Possess good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
3. MT SALES SUPERVISOR
Job Description:
- Responsible for leading the sales team to achieve sales targets at the Astra Daihatsu branch.
- Responsible for building relationships with customers and understanding their needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
- Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of working experience.
- Passionate about working in the automotive industry and ambitious to become a leader.
- Willingness to be stationed throughout Indonesia is a MUST.
- Have a business sense and a drive for results.
4. MT PART SUPERVISOR
Job Description:
- Responsible for leading the parts sales team to achieve the sales target for spare parts in Astra Daihatsu branches.
- Responsible for designing strategic business plans to expand the customer base.
- Responsible for building relationships with customers and understanding their needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering:
- Mechanical
- Electrical
- Industrial (or other relevant majors)
- Passionate about working in the automotive industry.
- Experienced in B2B will be a plus point.
- Willing to be assigned to any Daihatsu branch across Indonesia
