1. Fleet Asset Management Lead – SPX Express

Job Descriptions :

Develop recommendations and implement fleet management initiatives to protect vehicle assets and prevent vehicle/part loss
Prevent operation-related fraud/misuse, and improve visibility on vehicle operations to increase utilization
Monitor vehicles and related assets, from the vendor to the user and vice versa, ensuring vehicles are handovered and used properly, records/documents are kept as needed, and data is accurate.
Align with stakeholders on various issues, e.g. vehicle maintenance schedule, including licenses and registration updates, routine data updates, etc.

Requirements :

Min. 5 years of working experience in fleet asset management, coming from a company with a large number of truck assets (managing hundreds to thousands of truck vehicles)
Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy, with strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in leading teams and possess interpersonal skills to work with various departments
Self-starter that is highly capable of working independently, with a tangible track record of results-based process improvement

2. Project Management – SPX Express

Job Descriptions :

Project-based role focusing on process improvement, expansion, execution in a fast-paced environment with nation-wide scale
Support ongoing initiative to ensure effective and on-time implementation, often through coordination with other departments
Monitor key operational metrics and report business and project implementation progress regularly

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or business management from a top university- MBA is a plus
Has a minimum of 3-8 years of work experience in a project management role with a tech startup, or management consulting experience with a top firm is a plus
Proficiency in Ms. Office, especially Excel (Pivot, INDEX MATCH, IF functions) and Powerpoint
Fluency in English
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

3. Projects Specialist – SPX Express

Job Descriptions :

Strategise the project-based task focusing on scaling up Shopee Xpress
Drive high-impact growth and operational excellence project in a fast-paced environment with nation-wide scale
Support ongoing initiative to ensure effective and on-time implementation, often through coordination with other departments
Monitor key operational metrics and report business and project implementation progress regularly

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management, Master of Business Administration holder or a Management Trainee (MT) graduate will be an advantage
Prior experience in Project Management from a tech-startup / management consulting experience will be an advantage

Proven ability to manage large and challenging projects
Experience in leading cross-functional projects and teams, driving real results

5. Budget & Planning Specialist – Financial Planning & Analysis – SPX Express

Job Descriptions :

Build overall financial & budget projections for Shopee Xpress
Monitor and analyse revenue structure along with driver expenses
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to do an analysis and execution
Provide ad-hoc support/analysis on critical projects/initiatives
Conduct benchmarking with global peers, analyse annual reports, as well as other public information

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree from any major
Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in strategy & analytics, financial planning, management consulting, or investment banking in start-ups, or Fortune 500 companies
Previous relevant industry experience will be an advantage
Solid data management and excel spreadsheet skills
Strong analytical thinking, structured approach, and data-driven decision making process
