1. Esports Sales Sponsorships Manager
Job Responsibilities :
- Contacting businesses and other potential clients to source new leads – this could be through phoning, emailing, visiting in person and/or contacting on social media
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients by making sure they are aware of all the advertising solutions offered by the events and working with your colleagues (such as production, creative, marketing and logistics team members) to ensure the partners is content with what is offered
- Staying in the know about different industries (knowledgeable about social media, media planning, basic marketing campaigns)
- Meeting sales targets, and engaging in upselling and cross-selling
- Creating sales proposals, media sales packages, implementing client campaigns, writing post campaign reports,
- Gaining an in-depth knowledge of the business, the market and the products/services offered and presenting this to clients in a way they understand.
Qualifications :
- Strong existing direct client base, can on board them to MPL league directly
- Strong ability to develop new client leads
- University degree
- Min. 5 years work experience in the sales department of a media company
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia – including both speaking and writing
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Project management and time management ability
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, solution based attitude
- High self-motivation and target oriented
- Commercial and marketing campaign awareness
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Strong interest in the esports industry, especially Mobile Legends
2. Sr. Games User Researcher
Job Responsibilities :
- Collaborating with publishing team and product managers to understand research needs, and work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders including data scientists, insight team to probe deeper insights.
- Develops research activities and insights to answer key business questions effectively and efficiently.
- Recruiting participants for research studies.
- Manage through ambiguity, work autonomously, and multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Be an advocate for our players and provide strategic guidance about their wants, needs, and behaviors.
- Share your results with game and Shanghai Office leadership in clear, illustrative presentations that drive meaningful change.
- Cooperate with the Indonesian publishing team to conduct in-depth research on different users from the dimensions of brand awareness, game behavior, entertainment preferences, and living habits.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor/ Master in Psychology, Social Science, Finance, Marketing or any related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Internet companies.
- You are very comfortable with planning, scoping, conducting, analyzing and communicating research
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods (individual and group interviews, etc.)
- Experience in evaluating, negotiating, and working with external research vendors.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others. Strong willingness to communicate and good language skills.
- English and Indonesian can be used as working languages.
- Experience designing and performing basic survey research, such as questionnaire design, data analysis, focus group, etc.
- If you are a fan of MOBA games would be a plus point.
3. Customer Service
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for answering game players’ questions, handling players’ complaints, recording feedback.
- Assist operation dept. to propose suggestions for game optimization to improve game operation data.
- Accomplish other tasks delivered by the supervisor.
