Program UNIQLO Management Candidate (UMC) 2025

Overview:

As UNIQLO Management Candidate at UNIQLO, you will be immersed in a dynamic retail environment where you will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience in various aspects of store management. This position is designed for individuals with strong leadership potential who are eager to develop their skills and advance their careers within a global retail brand.

Primary Duties:

Retail Operations Management:
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Support inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Exceptional customer service and address customerinquiries and concerns.
- Foster a positive shopping experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Participate in recruitment, training, and development of new staff members.
- Support and motivate team members to ensure high levels of performance and job satisfaction.
Sales and Business Performance:
- Collaborate with store team members to achieve sales goals and operational targets.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Implement strategies to drive sales and enhance store profitability.
Training and Learning:
- Engage in a structured training program covering all aspects of retail management.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions as required.
Administrative Duties:
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage store paperwork and follow company procedures.

UNIQLO is looking for young talents who have these qualities:

Fresh graduates or less than 2 years of work experience
Passionate to be a leader in the retail industry
Proficient in English
Excited for working in retail hours, shift work, including weekends and public holidays
Has a positive attitude, hard-working, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to be relocated across Indonesia based on business needs
