1. Flight Coordinator
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the airline’s flight planning department to create and optimize flight routes, taking into account factors such as weather conditions, air traffic, and fuel efficiency. Ensuring that all required documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Maintain effective communication with flight crews, ground personnel, and other relevant parties to ensure a smooth flow of information and coordination.
- Coordinate with ATC to adjust flight plans as necessary.
- Ensure that the aircraft is within weight and balance limits, and conducting performance calculations to ensure safe takeoffs and landings.
- Ensure that all flight plans and operations comply with relevant aviation regulations and company policies.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations, procedures, and technology that may impact flight operations. Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements :
- Min. Senior High School with l year of experience in general aviation industry.
- Competent in written and spoken English.
- Have an active FOO license
- Understand in ground handling operations and/or IATA SGHA will be a plus point.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Good customer orientation, excellent facilitator and a can do attitude.
- Detail oriented, able to calculate, analyze and plan.
- Work at Cengkareng, Tangerang. Soekarno Hatta International Airport.
2. Maintenance
Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing on mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
- Carry out welding, repainting, and servicing heavy machinery and equipment in accordance with company standards.
- Inspect and maintain hydraulic systems, engines, and electrical components to support operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Actively enhance technical knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Requirements :
- Min. SMK / D3 / S1 in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or Automotive Engineering
- Min. 6 months of experience in Mechanical & Electrical (ME) systems are preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Sound knowledge of heavy machinery, electrical systems, hydraulics, and engine maintenance.
- Ability to perform basic welding and painting tasks.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and basic English.
- Strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and a proactive attitude towards learning and professional growth.
- Demonstrates good character and a commitment to upholding high work standards.
- Work at Cengkareng, Tangerang. Soekarno Hatta International Airport.
