Who We’re Looking For :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduates from accredited University.
- Demonstrate strong and active participation in both organization and community (e.g. BEM, Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa, Pencinta Alam, and similar student activities) initiatives, with proven leadership capabilities.
- Preferably active in social community or organization (e.g. NGO, Karangtaruna, Kelompok Tani, and similar grassroots initiatives).
- Passionate about community development and microfinance.
- Open to all academic majors preferably in Economics, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Plantation, Sociology, Anthropology, Forestry, Food Industry Engineering.
- Demonstrate academic or non-academic achievements is highly valued.
- Achieve a minimum TOEFL or TOEFL Prediction score of 500, or an equivalent English proficiency certification issued by a recognized institution or authorized provider.
